And off it goes and we wait..... Schon

So I bought this old cue off of ebay, obviously a Schon. I wrapped it up today and sending it back to them to get refurbished/refinished plus add a black leather wrap. It came with two nice shafts, but they also could use some time at the shop, badly in need of polishing.

Here's the story that goes with the cue.

So the cue made it back, texted me all the way through the restore. Sent me pictures of the cue after some of the work was done. Cue came back PREFECT, looks like a brand new cue. Cannot tell you how happy I'm to add other Schon like this to my collection. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I saw that cue on EBay. Looked like it had been in a fire. I talked to the guy about it. I thought about it and as bad as everything looked, no way I was gonna pay the price it sold for. I am very happy that it worked out for you. Congrats.

So I paid 300 for the cue and 200 to get it refinished... 500 for a Schon made of Colobolo. Not a great deal, just really like the cue.

Butt is Ebony points you can see the Colobolo. When I get home I'll see if I can get a picture of the two different woods.
