That's an angle. Too much money is at stake if she's given the chance to pursue the case in Federal Supreme Court since she won the Federal Supreme Court appeal with a 9-0 vote in favor. The ironic part of this story is that both sides of the case appear to have untimely demise - Pierce Marshall, the son of the oil tycoon, died of a mysterious infection last year and now Anna, with a sudden death. The time of deaths for both plaintiff and defendant in the case are unusually close (less than 12 month s apart). The story certainly deserves major scrutiny by law enforcement. I would start with those in line who has first dibs on the money. Something fishy is in the air. :eek:

Law enforcement should also be looking at Howard Stern (the lawyer husband not the shock jock on Sirius). The right to sue for part of the Marshall estate probably still is alive with Smith's estate (meaning the husband is first in line). It would not surprise me at all if it turns out he is behind this.

She may have been a hot gal with a sweet set of bolt ons but my feeling is that her death is foul play. Too much money is at stake here.

The first place to look is the dope dealers who supplied the illegal drugs or the legal ones which killed her and her son. Maybe they were simple "businessmen" or mercenaries for hire.

I don't sense any foul play in this one. I believe it's just too much pressure on the part of Oooh Mammary. Inheritance Lawsuit, Son's Death, Child Custody Lawsuit (claims by a former lover), Drug Addiction History. and Yes, the money does go to the husband but depends how much on the stipulation of the agreement. since Anna has a young daughter, she too has by far, also has much share of the inheritance.
 
I know I'm gonna get shot full of holes on this one, but I'm just going to speak my mind, and the consequences be damned.

I see a lot of karma in this.

She emotionally manipulated an old man who might as well have been on his deathbed, and did what she needed to do to get the cash.

She then fought tooth and nail to get the money that she "earned".

And now she's dead, and didn't live long enough to spend very much of the money.

Almost makes me believe there IS a God up there looking out for us. :)

It might be for the money. but it still depends on the old man whether he wants to be manipulated or not. every man has the right to spend their money especially if they cant use 'em when they're dead.whether they want it to be donated to charity or spend it to any woman (not just nicole). I remember a certain movie entitled "GREEDY" where the old man rather spend and give his entire fortune to a nanny rather than giving it to his relatives. tihs is just a matter of preference. ;)

Since her "husband's" estate was still in litigation, is it not possible that her husband's family put out a hit? There are numerous ways in which to make a hit appear to be natural causes.

I hope I'm as lucky (rich) as thold man was so I can nail a playboy bunny on my death bed. The old guy got what he wanted, and I don't blame Anna for taking advantage, and them fighting for what she deserved. After all she did have to bang that cadaver at least once. The way I see it the kids (old man's) got screwed too.

It gives me hope that guys like him and Tony Randall can get the trophy wife and enjoy youth and beauty in their dying days. There are sure worse fates than to die of old age in the arms of a hottie who wants your money...
