I've worked on a few ATI's and always cringe when I walk in to move one. On my bottom list. Reasons why?
1) the frame design is not very good. Doesn't stay level over time (Warps in the middle under the weight.)
2) Most of the ones I've encountered, the rails played dead. Partially because they don't tighten down as good as I would like and partially because of the rubber. I've replaced the rubber on two. Had plenty of trouble with both. The wood that the rubber was glued to on the rail seemed dry-rotted and chipped away when the rubber was pulled off. And without a good flat smooth surface to attach the new rubber, there were dead spots. LOL
3) The rails never seem to want to line up right and make it tough to get the bolts to start straight if you're not careful.
Now, I haven't worked with a table like the one in the picture. Some of the mechanics on here are probably familiar with the ATI's with the W-shaped legs. That's what I've worked on. In my opinion though for the table to be re-sellable, you'd need to have it moved to your place, recovered, and count on new rubber. I think $600-$750 is on the low end of what you'd pay depending on regional price differences. By the time you pay $100 for the table and invest that in it, are you going to be able to sell it for enough to get your money back?
Now that I think about it, I could have just said "It's not worth it! Don't buy it!" LOL Good luck though whatever you decide. This is just my opinion.
