Definitely not an easy shot. I have practiced it some on the bar table and there is a trick to doing it, its how you aim.

The fact that he played it in a tournament tells me he was confident he was going to win anyways.

it was a challenge match against Chao Fong-pang. It was a pretty "loose" match because the players tried many risky shots, you can find a video on youtube. Definitely not a tournament.
 
Standard one-pocket shot for the top players. A ball on the rail just below the side pocket can be made into that same corner the very same way. Childs play, a mere bag of shells! :rolleyes:

I don't want to start a new thread to say this. I am glad you posted this and I am wondering if you could use key words to help AZers look this video up if they have internet on their cell phones. It is a nightmare to type in that data string. Youtube should just number their videos.
 
I love this shot and practice it from time to time but can only make it about 1 out of 12 times. He shoots this like its a hanger.
