Was just wondering if someone from there can be so kind to explain to me tha game being played in this video ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1m-pClYfXo

That table literally looks like a miniature Russian pyramid table. I was watching some other videos and thought they were playing a form of rotation with the balls setup around the table and kissing the rails and then this video came up and it seems they are playing another game. seems to draw a good crowd though.

anyone have any information?

Looks like they are playing straight pool on the wrong table. Or maybe one pocket with a straight pool break. Either way, that table is not setup for pool. I don't think a pool ball will fit in those pockets unless you shoot it dead straight on.

My guess based on what I've watched:

Point game like straight pool. The player continues his inning if he makes a ball. Balls are removed from pockets and put in ball trays, probably for scorekeeping purposes. Rotation value scoring possible but not likely. I think they also score on opponents fouls like in snooker.

When the cueball is in the kitchen, you are not allowed to shoot directly at object balls in the kitchen or even contact them. Notice that they always try to bring the cueball back there when their shot is not a hanger, even when there are balls hanging in the kitchen pockets nobody tries to shoot them in directly. When all the balls ended up there it appears it was legal to hit one. But the guy tried to bring one out and snooker his opponent rather than shootin in balls.

They don't seem concerned with avoiding pocketing balls in the kitchen after hitting another ball so that may be legal or it may be that thee pockets are so tight it's improbable. Another possibility is that they re trying to get snookers behind these balls (which cannot be contacted) and that a corner ball is the best ball to snooker behind.

When a guy was on a run it looked to me like he tried to pocket the kitchen balls, from a position outside the kitchen, so that my be legal, but at other times they didn't so it's unlikely.
