What happened to Marlon Manalo, Dennis Orcullo and Alex Pagulayan? I thought that they were confirmed already?

I saw Marlon Manalo joined the Eurotour instead (2/21 to 2/25) per this website - http://eurotour.nu/. This website has live scoring and web broadcasts when there are matches. So far, Marlon has won 2 out of 2 games.
