Anybody ever tried this Cloth?

Sorry, it wasn't meant to be a personal stab at your business. Honestly, I've never seen your work and have zero opinion. It was only a joke about felt.

I didn't read a stab either...I took the comment as acknowledging the fact- that both of you stated- that felt was not for pool tables.

Thanks but if there's one thing I've learned about posting on forums is that humor is not always evident. I'd rather play it safe and apologize than piss anyone off.

So the moral of the story is ... The thing of the thing isn't really the thing. The thing of the thing is how you say the thing, that's the thing.

In this case its how he felt about the felt is what needs to be felt, not actually the felt. :scratchhead: Right?

LOL Well said. My fault if I misinterpreted what you said and/or how you said it. I think we're on the same page now though.

shhhhh...actually Snooker cloth is made from 100% wool, no nylon used at all, and Simonis 860HR as well as the Simonis 760 both contain 30% nylon:grin:

I knew I'd get you on this one:thumbup:

Strachan cloth has been made in the West of England since 1890. Today, it is widely recognised as the leading global brand and continues to be the choice of table manufacturers, fitters, players and clubs.

Made from 100% pure new wool, the Strachan brand offers players exceptional performance, with a superior nap that provides unrivalled positional ball control and speed.
