Does anyone know AZB member Mystick Cue Fan? His name is Tony Cano. I purchased (and paid for) a cue from him on 23 August. As of today, 4 September, I have not received the cue. I realize this is a little early to be concerned, but he said he mailed the cue on 24 August, but has provided no tracking information. I have tried to contact Tony via AZB post, PM, and Email, but have gotten no response.

I have completed several transactions with Tony in the past, so I feel certain that everything will work out in the end, I just have no idea as to whether or not he is sick, on vacation, etc, and just has not checked AZB or his email.

If anyone knows him, please ask him to contact me.

I've been wondering the same thing....

I had a trade deal worked out with him the same week you did. I talked to him the Friday before he was gonna send out a cue to me. I tried getting his address throughout that weekend so I could get my cues packaged up to send, but haven't heard from him or received the cue. I haven't had any problems and everything was fine, I just hope everything is ok. I have since put the cues back up for sale, but I hope we here something soon.

Thanks 9ball, but I have his email info. I paid him via Paypal. I have emailed him 3-4 times, as well as a couple of PMs, but have not heard back. I have never had any difficulty reaching Tony before.

I had seen him here in Houston trying to move some cues...may i ask what you bought from him? Perhaps i could ask around here locally. I may be able to find him here in Houston.

I'm here in SanAntonio and will try and reach him for you guys.

I've known Tony for a couple of years now and seems to be a goo young man. I'm certain there is an explantion and should be able to get some info to you this evening.
 
Guys, I appreciate the help.

I bought a Predator SPJ from Tony. He sent me several PMs wanting to sell it, and I finally said I would take it. He said he was shipping it out on 24 August, but I have not received the cue and he has not responded to any of my attempts to reach him.

Like I said, I have done several deals with Tony over the last year or so, and all of them have gone smoothly. I am more disturbed by the inabiliity to contact him than anything else.

I am also currently in San Antonio and have also been unable to reach Tony recently. I am guessing that he is unable to get to a computer or phone for some reason but think that he will come through on these deals as soon as he is able.

Update...

As of Thursday, 6 September...

1. I have sent 3 emails, no response.

2. I have sent 4 PMs, no response.

3. I have called his cell phone number 2 times and left messages, no response.

I have filed a transaction dispute with Paypal hoping that it will at least make him aware of the problem.

Any other ideas?

Joe,

It looks like you have made an effort to get a hold of this guy......hopefully nothing serious has happened to him....I hate to see this happen to a good trader like yourself.....good luck to you.....

As for the website, thanks...still got a ways to go. I just renewed with another hosting company, and it is easier to update now. All I need now is a little more time and some more pics. Soon......

Joe,
I like the layout and the black bar on the left is a perfect place
for your navigation buttons and you could run the bar all the way
to the bottom.
I know a little bit about web design if you need some pointers.
