Based on his website he's making plain blackwood cues, plain 8 pointers and high end inlaid cues. Just call the shop and ask 301-277-3236.

I know they're pricey but according to everyone I've talked to they're not just hype.
I'm fairly new to custom cues and pool compared to most people here, but I highly appreciate fine craftsmanship and love the work that goes into cues.
I'm at a point in my life where I have a bit extra here and there and kind of want to buy a few nice mid-high end cues that will be excellent players while I'm mediocre and really shine for me when I get a lot better.
I feel like a BB suits that want.
Depending on where you catch him working his batch, you can get in in as little as 4 to 6 months depending what you want and what he's building.

$3000+ for a plain Blackwood one you think?
If its more than $3.5K or so for a plain jane I may just skip for now. See what's out there second hand.
He doesn't make exact PJs, but for that money you will not touch a cue out of his shop. I'm no BB expert, but I don't think you could get a new one from BB for much less than 8K. There are plenty of older pretty ones in your price range.

About $6k, give or take a few hundred, is where the "PJ" starts....or so I'm told.
Tony's a great guy...and scary smart...and scary talented. But not too many folks can touch a brand new cue out of his shop. He's definitely placed himself at the upper end of the cue-buyer spectrum.

you need to double that amount and then a little. and yes they are good cues. JCIN's post is the most accurate in this thread.
If you ever come to Maryland, I suggest visiting the shop. Tony can customize a cue to any player. He has a table in his shop and likes to watch the player, how they hit them, their stance, their grip.
He told me a long time ago -- not sure if this is still true -- that his cues are extremely popular overseas in Asian countries. They desire custom cues and don't mind paying for quality, whereas the majority of Americans seem to enjoy production cues because of cost. He had a waiting list for his cues in the early 2000s.
Here's a cute shot of Tony and a couple players. Tony usually always has that trademark cigar with him, just like some players always have their trademark beverage with them. :wink:
