Are you getting a new Cue, Case, or both for Christmas?

Christmas Gifts

It's going to be a great Christmas and a happy New Year.
My new Joel Hercek cue will be with me in a couple of weeks.
I received my new tooled Hercek Case from King Custom Cases.
I will post pics of cue and case when I receive the cue

I have a Matching set of plain janes coming from BHQ(Brent Hartman) BEM and Kingwood, with buckhorn ferrules, matching joint protectors and a 10" extension for the player.....All the parts are together, just waiting on the finish basically.....That was my xmas present to myself. I also got another case, but it is just a Vincentore. maybe I will get a Flowers tribute for my birthday. :)

We have all gotten that look from our wives!! Unless they love the game too!

You can spend money on things she enjoys doing, but it will be a cold day in hell before you can spend money on things that only YOU enjoy doing!!

I just bought my son an Alex Brick jump/break cue. It's beautiful! Liked it so much that I bought one for myself as well. Can't wait to give it to him at Christmas time! I'll let him chose the one he wants out of the two I bought.
 
Not Sure But,

I am not trying to derail this thread and hopefully this is appropriate..
I just placed an order this week and sent a deposit to a cuemaker that I have done business with before. So 'technically' I have bought a pool related item this year!! This will be my first cue that I've had some design input on and I am very excited about it. Of course my sweet wife is completely in the dark about this, god I love that woman, but I also value my sanity and some other private parts!! LOL!!! I'm happy for all the others getting pool gifts this year and look forward to the holidays!
 
no and I've decided that I don't want any of those this year. Reason being is that I have this cue I got for $50 off craigslist. Had a kamui black medium put on it and the shaft cleaned and it plays awesome. My game is improving despite using a cheap ass cue so I figure, why fix something that's not broken? I also have one of those cheap 1x1 cases which people probly snicker at when I walk into a place but I'd rather have it that way if you know what I mean.

Won't be done by Christmas, but this little baby is in the works with Chris Nitti. She'll be my 5th of his. I suck at this game, but I love the artwork!!

Well, I had a little left over in the Pay Pal account and a little extra from one pay check.

I bought a JD cue from Manav and couldn't be happier. It arrived late Thursday afternoon.

I spread Christmas out for myself this year, picked up Poolrod's Titleist conversion by Mike Webb w/the Fellini case about 6 weeks ago and just sent off a cool looking butt to Rat Cues (Ryan Theewen)
It's been a Great Year!

I got both 9/10 ball & 8 ball magic racks, a new chalk holder (lost mine at some point) and a clip on cue holder, but other than that all non-pool related gift. I had a very good Christmas this year, I hope all of you did too. :thumbup:

No new cue but I did get a new set of Aramith super pro tv balls and a carrying case. Not really a Christmas gift just arrived the day before.

(Still thinking about a new cue)
