Arizona pool player thread

Hey, I got some free time this Friday if someone wants to play. I'm free from 9 a.m. till about 4 or so if the right opportunity presents itself. Doesn't have to be a challenge match, but I would welcome the opportunity, or just some good practice at any of the games. (I even wouldn't mind learning a few 1 pocket tidbits as I heard that game can be fun.)
 
I'd be interested in a match or 2 as well. I'm not a big gambler, but I wanna start playing more than just my normal APA crowd :)

I am an 8, a 9 rating in the one pocket tournament. I would race to handicap in 9 or 10 ball, 8 ball too, and play you 10-6 in one pocket. I have never seen you play though so I could be out of line in the handicaps but we could play for dinner and small change or something, you hungry? :)
 
Abie, what area do you live in?. We've talked before about playing. Where do you hangout for pool?

Abie,don't fall for 10-6 in one-hole with Lenny the Lock. Make it 11-5,
alternate breaks, you break the first game.:smilewinkgrin:

I've played 1 pocket like 1 time in my life...lol...i watch it a lot though. I'd race you to handicap...thats 3 games for me...thats about right.

i work until 8 everyday except monday and tuesdays though...not sure on your schedule...but I'll play if we can work something out

Yeah it's pretty brutal quitting. My brain feels like its twice the size of my skull most of the time and I get the urge to throw pool balls every 25 minutes or so lol.
Yeah, where the F is jude and porno stache? My 2 favorite shit starters/smack talkers lol.

I need 11-5 but I will take 10-6 from you lol. The last time I tried one pocket, I ended with a total of -3.... After 3 games. Sweet huh? I play that "sell the farm" style one pocket.

Hmm, guess it's not looking that good to get some practice in tomorrow, huh? I was hoping to get a good session in, but might have to make other plans.

I would love to Jerry but I cannot play during the day except for weekends.

no i am a 5...you said race to handicap, i just assumed that meant i go to 5 you go to 8...giving me 3 games...you know what they say when you assume...lol

That sounds fair to me, I am up for playing tonight at Skips or Kolbys, I will play another session with you at Bullshooters the next night if you like. Whats the bet?

We'll have to work something out. I didn't expect something to materialize this quick...lol...tonight and tomorrow are definately not doable for me but I'm game for playing.

We can just do the standard 50? I'll play anything except 1 pocket...lol...

Oh, I thought you said you would race to handicap in one pocket above, if you would like to do that for $50 then I am game and if I win you can pick the next game, same race and money. Let me know when. :)
 
we'll figure something out...i need to start playing higher quality players.

in the meantime i'm open monday and tuesday during the day if anyone wants a game as well :)
