Arrested for Ivory sale

I had a page typed out.. but it doesn't matter. People in pool will distort and reword or change word definition to convince themselves they are in the right. You cannot fix stupid, this is a fact. There is so much incorrect information in this thread it is beyond comprehension. To simplify the situation, here is a link to the best explanation given by people who actually used to use ivory like cuemakers. Simplified ivory explanation

I do not agree with the premise of the rules in place, but they are what they are. I took a different approach, and it seems to be working. You can fight it, or you can figure it out. I chose the latter.

It's the pool room "woked up syndrome" . A young boy walks in the pool room, doesn't know anything except what his 7th grade teachers taught him, cause after that he wasn't paying attention. He discovered girls.
Now he is in an environment with men who know things, things even his dad doesn't know, mysterious magical stuff.
After a month or two, he has metamorphosed into a new creature. "Joey Hustle" It doesn't matter that he still can't do anything , he has heard "secrets", and the mere fact that he is privvy to them ,means that he can also do them, How hard can it be , that old derelict over there in the corner can do it , so can I. Not only has Joey learned all about scamming and hustling and cards and pool and broads and , well heck, there isn't anything he isn't the master of compared to all the "suckers" out there in dumbville. It reminds me of the brainwashing they give new recruits in the military. Except they don't tell you that you are anything but a warrior. They don't want thinkers, just people that follow directions and they are really good at doing that. Anyway Joey may stop going to the pool room altogether, but he always maintains woked up syndrome. It is a lifelong "gift".

I would not like for some of this to be under my screen name. If the feds are interested in such, you can bet the feds are studying this thread as we write. And, always remember, with the feds, even if you win, you lose. Loose lips sink ships.
