This cue was the very last one that Art finished himself. I feel so lucky to have this last cue in my collection, to allways remember Art. It was also the cue that Art had allways wanted to make. The big 5 meant so much to Art, the avid hunter that he was.

Steve,
I see you read my post on another Cantando thread where I stated that I was "lucky" enough to have the last 2 Cantando's completed.
I think a phone call would have worked better...
But, now I've been PMed a few times, so it has to be addressed.
I just wanted all AZer's know I would never misrepresent a cue........

I was under the belief that the pair of Cantando's I have were the last ones completed by Art.
After making a call to someone who know's better then me, I found out Art worked on all 3 cues (Big 5, and Twins) all at the same time. I was told it is impossible to know which one was completed last, even if, they were shipped days apart. I realize that all 3 of these cues were originally ordered by you, and I'm just happy to have these 2 of the last few..

Does it really matter whose cue was the last one made?

Art was a great cuemaker and he's work spoke for itself. As far as the whole 'mine was last!'/'No MINE was last!' debate, it shouldn't really make much of a difference. Should it?

Not a problem Ken. I was talking to Art almost daily on the last three. He finished off the 2 that you now have and sent them to me, telling me that he still had a few days work left on the big five. I did recieve that one about a week later. I was only interested in keeping the record straight

No problem Steve
Thought I just set the record straight.
Just going by what I was told, by Art's best friend.
No need to start a thread about this..
