i was making an example. walk into walmart and start cursing out the manager and see how far you get. owner or not he is still the hand of god on this forum. i had it out with himonce and didnt like it. i learned quickly :0)

Just an input about Az and Ebay: I've learned the existence of Az through Ebay if this is saying something... Ebay and AZ walk together hand-by-hand... I don't know Ross at all but i am sure for one thing: when he is back i will contact him for sure fo welcome back and get know him better.

And one more thing: YES i will drag an issue raised on Ebay here on AZ concerning pool stuff. The reason is quite simple. AZ is a huge community dealing with billiards and it is best channel to follow in order to find the scummer. Let me reverse it: If someone from the States (or elsewhere) gets ripped off on Ebay by a greek guy, then how can he locate him/her? If he/she will post it in here definatelly i will (and 3-4 other greeks i know) see it and be sure that i will track the scummer with ease. Conclusion: it will be helpful for the victim or not?

If you had any bad transactions with Roland Garcia and are still owed money/product, please call Officer
Mark Coleman with the Houston Police Dept's Burglary and Theft unit at 713-308-0927, reference case # 144631608W - the more
people he hears from that have been swindled by Roland Garcia, the better....

Excellent point, Eric!....it is very important that those swindled speak up, and get their complaints filed with the above info. The bigger the file, the bigger the profile, and the better the chance for resolution, not only for Ross, but for everyone else who suffered a loss as a result of Roland Garcia.

being a person that has been banned once i can tell you it isnt the transaction history of a member that gets you banned. wilson is right
I am not so sure about this.Az is such a good and respectfull forum cause of his good reputated members. Also the main ''meeting point'' for a lot of us is the 'wanted-for sale' sect and this cause we know that there are respectfull and decent guys to deal with and these guys made the forum what it is.. like in real life ..you know.So ok ,he was pissed (and made a mistake as the moderator said) but he was right and EVERYBODY here is with his side.I thought that someone gets banned because what he said or did was inaprorpiate for the other MEMBERS.Democracy! But i can't see a single az'er who's feeling insulted by him.

When I first joined AZB in 2006, a thread started by RUNSCOTT
about a bad seller with the username (at that time) of PAINPOOL
had burned both RUNSCOTT and myself on the same cue
through ebay.

This thread:

http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=25378&highlight=fraudulent+seller

has received 80 posts, and 4175 views as I type these words.

The result:

Police intervention helped both of us being refunded, the bad
seller banned from AZB, and repeatedly kicked off ebay as AZer's
continued to protect each other from this azzhole.

The only problem now is that this azzhole has resurfaced here
again under the user ID of bish4201.

By helping each other, fewer get burned.

Bump for Ross

I wonder how it is going, I hope the police have him.
I'm going to watch cops to see if they nailed him.
hugs
