Latest update from Ross.......
"So here's the most recent turn of events... Roland has received probably 20 voice mails and emails from me to a number/email I KNOW is his. Sad part is he still hasn't returned any email or voicemail since. I DO infact have his mother's contact information, and she ironically answers the phone every time I call her. She has told me that she will pay me back since the Houston PD is informing Roland and his mother that there are Felony Theft charges soon to be brought up. Roland (at 36yrs old) doesn't have the courage to man up to his actions, which is probably what surprises me the most. I've told his mother several times, "just tell him to call me, we can work this out" and I still get nothing. Crazy, I tell ya..
Anyways, his mother is now telling me that instead of just mailing payment to me, she is scared that I may also get a refund from paypal and she doesn't want me to take off with her money. Evidently Roland is telling his mother that he has already refunded me (he hasn't), so his mother now wants to talk to her attorney to draw something up stating that I won't "double dip" when it comes to getting back what is rightfully mine.
Long story short, we have progress, but Roland is still avoiding me, I haven't had any contact with him since 3 days after the transaction, and I'm soon to just tell them I don't want a refund. I'm going full court press with criminal charges....
Hopefully we're almost done. I sincerely appreciate the support!"

The prosecutor in this case will inform Roland of the charges in this case and if that can be proved, a conviction will be obtained and any money that is owed will still have to be paid.
Let the Justice System work it out,
Ross will get his money and if Roland is stupid enough to fight this, ( providing he is guilty of a crime ) then he will get a taste of Government Support, as in BALONEY SANDWISHES for lunch, provided by the County Jail.

It seems others that get ripped off and stay quiet come out eventually in one of these type threads. These same people seem to do it over and overe without any thought to what they are doing to others. Really Sad!
I hope charges are pressed and He has to actually pay in time and money for what he did so easily to others.

i can't believe this is still getting bumped to the top. press charges and call it a day. let us know when the arrest happens and then let us know what the outcome of the trial is. aside from that i can't see why everyday this is bumped up to the top. damn it. i just bumped it to the top
