51...it takes me all night to do what I used to do all night long..............I mean running racks, not what you thought I meant; or maybe I meant that, too! :o

I'll be 50 in a few short months. First car was a 1980 Ford Escort. Second car was a 1982 Honda Prelude. Acceleration was terrible, I think Road & Track nicknamed it the Quaalude.

I'm 62. Been playing about 50 years now. Didn't realize how crummy I was til I joined Az & hear of all these people running out 3,4,5 games in a row etc. Doesn't change how I love the game though !!! LOL

63 but will be older sooon. Bought my first car in 1968 it was a Rambler station wagon with a push button transmission. Became a hippie mobile, some seeds even sprouted in the dirt on the floor boards in the back seat. My friends thought that was cool.. Was going to drive it to Woodstock but the front wheel fell off so I hitchhiked instead.

Hey I got some of you older guys beat with the old cars. Ha
First car in 1987 was a '63 Merc Comet.
27,000 miles! Original owner had 1 arm no b.s.!
He was a friend of my Grandfather.
170 cu in straight 6. What a beast! lol
Current ride quintuples that cars HP.:grin-square:

My first car was a pickup truck. '66 GMC. Gave $85 for it I made in the summer hoeing beans.
Spent another $15 for a good battery and a spare and I was good to go!

Oh yeah, 59.

I believe it was about 42 a few years ago. I would think it would stay about the same or older, but I have a feeling it's now much lower. Johnnyt

42 currently and in late November I will be about 22 again, trying to go back to treating life when things were easier/simpler but having the knowledge and experience of someone with 4 decades of life on Earth. It's quite the balancing act and I'm not sure it's working but that's not from the lack of trying, I've got way too many gray hairs for my age so it was about time to reinvent myself.

I'm 46. And got back into the game 3 years ago after a19 year hiatus away. My dad bought me a 1960's valley bar table when I was 9 years old. And i played a zillion games on it from 9 til 24. But Gave it up suddenly. I still have the old valley in storage. But now I have a 7ft diamond smart table with pro cut pockets. And a 5x10 snooker table. And I play like 3 or more hours everyday. Sure is nice to be back. :)

I'm 33, up to this point in the thread I have 41 answers (excluding vampires) and an average of a little over 48 (48.9268 for anyone wanting to recalculate from a known point).

Thank you for the math. I had thought it would be a lower avg. age. Johnnyt
