Unique (Brian Swank) makes a very good, precise product which I'm sure has gotten better over time.
We bought a Cue Companion from him in the late 90's and it paid for itself in less than a year.
Minimum learning curve for getting great results on retipping, ferrules and tenons.
You can also do housecues on the Travel Tipper if you rig a rear support.

An apology

Without going into detail, I would like to apologize for anyone I offended by a post or two I made on this thread.

I think the wording I initially used was misconstrued as antagonistic and things got out of hand on my end.

For that I offer my sincere apology.

I look forward to eventually contributing as much, or more, as I have already received by browsing this forum.

For the record, I paypal'd him last nite, and received a refund today. Until just now I wasn't sure why. Glad someone was watching and sent out the warning. :thumbup: We don't need people like that around here. Hope all those that paid got their refund back also.
