Im a bar box guy. I struggle wit a 9 ftr. Red Shoes has 2 BBoxes that play very well of course.yes! 5$ for a quarter of a pizza and a small drink was great when we were at the shop. How many of you guys shoot on 9' tables regularly?
What time do you guys want to do this? Im thinking 2pm till ???
Im open for suggestion as always.
Also it looks like Red Shoes seems to be in the lead.
For you guys who have never been my personal opinion is as follows
Pyramid club is nicer but a little pricey
Red Shoes is a players hall. no frills but a cool place
both have nice equipment and ample parking.
Please post your preference here.

Let me know if you want help with this. There's a few places that'd probably be good.
Red Shoes
Pyramid Club
Shark City

I'd say Pyramid Club if we have more than 12 folks, because they have plenty of "private" room to sit, mingle, and such, and keep our cues from walking anywhere....and they have 16 tables that don't get much use on the weekends, and we would have the run of the joint..
Plus a FULL kitchen, not just bar food....soups, pastas, pizza, sandwiches, etc. It's a BIG place, prob the biggest pool room in IL
If under 12 folks, then Red Shoes works well. Cause we would only need 3 or 4 tables and not taking up all that much space to play and bullshit.....And Red Shoes is a cool place, more old school, with good guys running the joint....
Never heard of any cues walking anywhere at Red Shoes and I have been in leagues and tournaments there for many years. :scratchhead:

Mini poll, who's drinking beer with me
