AZB on TAR

Are there any players on the forum, that you would watch on TAR, if they wanted to match up. I think a Chris B. and Gene A. match up on a bar table would be interesting. How about Donnie M. and Max E. What players do you think would be interesting?

We've had some AZBers on TAR in the recent past. Mike dechaine and Dennis hatch post here, as well as john Schmidt.

I like your suggestions, tho.....

I would like to see Jr. (from the twin cities area) play some one 1 pocket.

I would like to see the "amature" players betting their own or backer dough. Make it an "action match" vs. the competition style they are doing now.

I'd watch anything with the guys who do lots of teaching or jump in the aiming threads. Not to see who's right, just to see where their overall level is. I'd watch (no special order) Spidey, JB, Dr. Dave, Geno, Joey A, PJ, Lou F, Champ, or Hu play.

I'm not sure how much I'd pay to see it. We'd have to mike them up of course.

Would like to see Joey A and maybe Shuff??

Tom McGonagle and Eberle would be a nice rematch!! Don't know if any of you saw their match at the TS in December 2010 but Max was down 1-8 in a race to 9 and pull off the double hill set with a dramatic last rack. I think that would be a good match to watch

Max Eberle versus Chris B got the wheels spinning.

Does Max ever gamble? I can't remember too many match-up stories involving him.

Both play jam up.

Hmmmmm.

That's first match is a no-no. I've already felt his fire.

GingerBread Man is more my speed, although he is a lot quicker on his feet.

i saw some matches on ustream of joey A playing some lights out bar-box 9 ball, plus i love his commentary. wouldn't mind seeing a match where joey wears a head-set and commentates as he plays!

At some point I'll get Mr. Mills out here for a match. I'm sure Brandon will get a shot too at some point if he wants it. There is one guy who posts here I want to see play on TAR pretty bad and thats Billy Incardona. I have no clue what the exact game would be or the opponent but I think it would be cool as hell.

Maybe partners one pocket...Billy and Gentile vs Shane and somebody. Just rambling.....but its an interesting idea for a one pocket match with everyone mic'ed up.

This would be cool. I'd love to see anything with Incardona, and everyone miced would be icing on the cake.

I'm all for watching any two good players from the board match up. The grudge matches would be extra sweet. I've never seen Bartram play so any match with him would be great to see. I think I'll see him live next month but just in case he doesn't make it up this way I'd like to see his game. Maybe watching someone his level will motivate me to practice harder/better. Bring on the action TAR!

Yeah I am pretty sure I would not pay to watch a match like that but a very vocal aiming method proponent vs a very vocal non-aiming method proponent would be quite interesting.

Or maybe get each side to pick a pro who will represent their style of play. The aiming method people can have Landon Shuffet and the non-aiming method people can have Bustamante.

Not sure how possible it is he can get on TAR but Frost? A partners match with Frost in it would get alot of awesome banter, he is an entertaining guy to watch.

My ideal 1-pocket partners match would be Billy I and Frost vs Jose and Alex in scotch doubles and coaching being totally allowed.

That there is a cool match with an older pro and a younger top end 1-pocket player on each team.

Not sure how I got dragged into that punchbowl. :frown:

I know you are having fun, but Justin is in business. That said, even though I do wind up in Vegas a bit, the above list prolly wouldn't draw flies on a hot summer day. Just sayin'
