I just acquired this cue. When I unpacked it for the first time, I was struck by its beauty and simplicity. The workmanship in this cue is indeed something to behold, and the pictures do not do it justice. It is a simple players cue, but I am fortunate to have it.

Congrats on your acquisition!! Even a non-inlayed cue of his is a work of art because Barry will concentrate on the veneers over the points to draw the eye. He makes the color combination work. It's pure artistry!!

That's classic cues you have there..what a beauty..is that the one from Erik lee website? just curious...
 
DJ, congrats on getting this one. One can never go wrong with a Szam !! A few months ago I was considering buying it off Erik myself but decided against it because I already had its twin....except with stitching in the collars and white/green linen wrap. Enjoy and take care. Sean
 
most importantly play with it, I play with a B Szam most of the time, recently all of the time. congrats.
