Bartram v Murphy

the match is going off tomorrow at 5:00. 10 ahead for 5k 9 ball. Not sure if chris will be using his new cue for the match. Thursday 12/13 micheals billiards fairfield ohio.
 
Thanks for the update, are there any pics of Chris' new cue. I see his old one is for sale.

Yes, he's been using it since just prior to the U.S. Open. Here is a picture. It is made of Birdseye Maple, Amboyna burl, Ivory and Purple Heart.

At 1:30am Bartram is up 4 games in a 12 ahead match. At one time Bartram was 6 games down but won 8 straight to go 2 up.

530 am all even they are playing thru till the end ill calkl up there in a few hours to get update

At 6:30 am Bartram is up 7 games. That's when I left to go back to the shop again.

1030 am . shannon goes up 12 to win . Took him about 14 hours to get there, what a dog.

Shannon turned it around 19 games in a little over three hours.:eek: :eek: He must have either hit one heck of a gear or Chris got very worn down and his play fell off. Either way that is one heck of match.

he can play a little. hope to see him in action again before the derby.he did hit him with a 7 pack late or early this morning i should say. on a real tough table.Who's next?

In your face, George... Just kidding. I must admit, I was worried at that 7 games up point.

Most people in the pool world believe Shannon to be the better player, and Bartrum the better gambler. Honestly, I thought after 10 hours, Bartrum had to be the favorite. I'm glad my pony was running.
 
Shannon stays on a table the whole time at the Derby, he is always in action, just seems to have the opponets lined up, everytime I seem he is shooting on a table.
