Bartrum Front Runner For Action Award

I was there until Wednesday and Chris Bartrum has to be the leader in the clubhouse for the action award....
He played Orcullo 10 ahead for 6k
Bennet 10 ahead for 5k
Orcullo again 10 ahead for 3k
Bennet again 10 ahead for 5k
Appleton 11 ahead for 10k
and also he staked his buddy Kirkwood for 2k a couple of times.....not to mention all the other side betting he has done......Didnt seem like anyother good players were consistently playing high dollar sets like he was.....Van Boening maybe if he has couple big sets last few days....that kid stays in action recruits stake horses like no other............

He lost to appleton. But my man from tennessee jon hennessee double dipped appleton for some nice coin.

What was the results of the Kirkwood action?

Steve

I was there from last thursday till today. The only choice for the Action and Entertainment award is the one and only SCOOTER.

He was in action the WHOLE TIME. He was broke at least twice, and still managed to stay in action. There were some questions at the end but he was absolutely the guy with the most action.

One thing to remember about the Louie Roberts A/E Award is that not only is the ACTION an important consideration, but so is the ENTERTAINMENT, Louie Roberts style. ;)

correct math says he's down 7 dimes......:D
We must have gone to different schools? Unless you know more than what is reported above? Check it. Plus 10 from Bennett, Minus 9 to Orcullo, makes Plus 1, minus 10 to Appleton, makes minus 9. He got 4 back on Kirkwood. Sounds like minus 5 to me, from what's been reported anyway.

There's an old Russian proverb, "Measure twice, cut once." You are neglecting the fact that he backed Kirkwoord, not side bet on him. Therefore, Kirkwood would have gotten half of the winnings, and Chris' return on that action would only have been 2K. In short, correct math indicates that he is stuck 7K based on the reported action.

henessay recieved 2 start to 11 against appleton 8ball won 2k off darren

then hennessay beat him 10 ahead 9ball 3k

but last night they matched up again at 10ball race to 15 posted 2 sets 2k a time but more was taking on the side aswell from myself

we won 15-6 and 15-9
over 4k

we won 12k of chris bartram match

and lost 4,500 to shane v.b

i agree with jamie, chris is always in action some kind of way. he's playing, staking, or side betting. as for the entertainment part. ask him "who's mike jones"

Chris Bartrum totals

Beat bennet twice .... ahead 10k

Lost to orcullo twice ....down 9k

Lost to Appleton .... down 10k

net loss 9 k

He staked Kirkwood twice for 2k each and he won, his percentage ???

I am going to have to agree on this one. Scooter would definatly get my vote, Chris seemed to be on the DL with his action where as Scooter wanted everybody to know he was in action. I heard at one point he to a loan out on his car!! to get some money together to get back into action!!

Scooter is a nut case. He loves the action. Although he didnt far to well from my observations(although thats not what this award is about). Scooter would get my vote.

Shane would win it, if he could get more games. Its too tough for someone of this caliber to draw the money games, like the underdogs(scooter).

Sure any Tom, Dick, and Harry could win this award if they didnt care about losing big money like scooter. He was way out of line on a few of his bets just to be involved. Gotta love it.
