Regardless of whether he stole the cues or not, his posts are perhaps the most impulsive, immature and violent that I've ever read on AZ.
We've all felt or been wronged at some point in our lives. That does not give someone license to act as extreme as Dereck has here.

The only positive thing about this thread is that we have the security camera footage to see who is telling the truth here.
Should make this an open and shut case, especially now that we have the other side of the story.

I'm not sure why anyone would give this guy any greenies, He came into our home (AZ) and just talked total crap.

I have not insulted you Derek we can get that straight. As a matter of fact I had the image of you and your wife taken down. There are other aspects to this story that I have my own beliefs about. That I choose not to post. Mike is a friend of mine in the same industry so we stick together. If you have spent as much time in and around pool players as I or most of the other people on this forum have you would understand that typically pool players aren't to be trusted any how lol no mAtter who they are. All I ever said was I am disappointed. Because you typically are a nice guy. A little talkative but there is nothing wrong with that.Good luck in life and let all your mistakes be lessons.

Hey, if it was the video tapes that got you arrested, then I'm inclined to
believe that they have some solid evidence.
If they don't have evidence of the tapes, then I have no idea on what grounds they had to arrest you and keep you in jail.
If in the future, I read that you were set up in any way, I will be the first one on AZ to type you a heart felt sincere apology.

How does going to jail but now being out mean anything? There is bail, released on own recognisance, etc. I look forward to Michael giving an update on if charges are still being filed.

Am I the only one thinking there could've been a second offender here?
It's very common for one to "grab and hand off" a distance away, as to thwart authorities whom may be only looking for a description of the first offender.
Once handed off, now you're looking for a different guy holding three cues...
....at a cue show.
Hope this gets resolved and peace and harmony can be returned.
