Hi everyone, over the past few months I have been watching and seeing what this whole forum thing is all about and decided I have things to say too. I feel like I know some of you from reading the posts and I actually do know a couple of people who come on here. I hope to have fun and be able to say whats on my mind without getting flamed too bad :) I look forward to also making friends here as it seems people do.

A. Count on being flamed. Even for the smallest reply.
B. New guys have to give up the 7 and the breaks. Just the way it is. :o

Steve, you are a basketball player right?? Well my BF is a pool fan and made me one too. I am not very good but love to play, I like 8 and 9 ball. My cue is a cue I was given and nothing fancy YET but donations are welcome :) Thinking about joining a league but not sure which. I have been told APA is big but also that it has its problems. What do you think? Anyway, just a pool rookie so be patient but I also have some knowledge but just enough to be dangerous. Does that answer you question?

Can't give the 7 I'm afraid just yet but I am working on it so be careful what you wish for:) Thanks for the warning though. Thank you also for your welcome.

WOW! Tom thank you for that. I didn't think it was that easy to get all those boxes, I thought you had to actually be a somebody. Ah well I guess I am somebody. Thank you Tom and I look forward to chatting with you again soon or pissing you off either way I am sure we can agree to disagree or something.

Welcome....

I to was a lurker.... for over a year. But I couldn't keep my opinion to myself for any longer. Hope you enjoy yourself and remember to take everything with a grain of salt. Being a new player you will learn much here. Best advice I can give you is study and follow the posts of a group of people that you consider have valuable points. I could give you my list but to each their own.

As far as leagues go...... I personally play in VNEA only because that is the only option for my area, don't get me wrong I really enjoy it. I have friends in other citys that play in all the other leagues and i have heard good and bad from each, I guess it all depends on what you are looking to get out of it.
