Best website to buy Aramith super pro or Brunswick Centennial?

Definately go with Aramith Super Pro TV edition.....they are the best out there. I'm sure you can buy them on the AZB Marketplace for a good price. Also you will receive AZB Bucks that you could spend on something like iono maybe Mastering Pool with Mika Immonen. :p

I bought a set of Centennials here and an Aramith logo cue ball. Plenty of people and rooms like still use Centennials. I also have a new set of Aramith Super Pros. I offer either to whoever plays in my house.

Its funny, in NYC, its nearly all centennials. I prefer aramith and have them for my own table. But most rooms around here have centennials.

I would guess most online shops are about the same price. I buy a lot from billiardwarehouse and seyberts.

I got my super aramith pro cup tv set for $169
 
I have both Super Pro and Centennials and like them equally well. If I had to choose I would use my Super Pros, but that's probably because they are newer.

I would also second the recommendation of Nielsen's ebay store. Always treated me well and priced fairly and shipped quickly.

Of course, AZB is a fine option too!

thanks everyone, I'll check them all out and let you know which direction I end up going. I've got centennials now and liked them as well too. All the pool halls in NJ seem to use them also.

Right, at least come back to AZ Market and ask if someone can price match. Give your money to someone who works hard to make this place function.:)
 
You may not believe this, but I got a set of NEW Centennials from eBay for $80 plus $15 shipping. (After ordering, I wondered how they could be sold so cheap, could they possibly be stolen, but oh well...) Over time, the same seller gradually raised their price to the market price of around $150.

I BELIEVE (but do not know for sure) that the Aramith Pros are built to the same specs as the Centennials. Saluc makes both and they will not answer my numerous e-mails on the question, probably because Brunswick does not want it to get out that they are charging such a high price for their Centennial balls (just my theory).

I have a set of Aramith Pros and love them, but I also wanted a set of Centennials - purely because I love their "look."

If you only interested in performance, get the Aramith. Why pay more for the same ball?

It's no mystery or secret. Saluc makes both Aramith (their brand) as well as contract manufacturing the Centennials for Brunswick.

Yes, it is no secret that Saluc makes both sets, but I don't know if they are made to the same tolerance and set-matching specifications. I suspect that they are, but I do not know for sure.

For example, Saluc makes three or four levels of Aramith balls (Premier, Premium, Pro). I suspect they are made to different QA specs.

Correct - different specs and different resins based on Aramith ball style.
You would also expect that Bwick has their own specs for the ball sets made for them.
