That's a nice response you received from him, Dan, but to be honest, I don't believe it (him).

First he comes on here and begs for free stuff for his team captain because the poor fellow's birthday is in the same month as Christmas, with him actually portraying this as a hardship. What a bunch of nonsense!

Now he wants you to believe all three of these things:

1. His internet went down and has stayed down for weeks causing him to not be able to communicate with you.

2. He had a family medical emergency that took precedence over everything else in his life.

3. He mailed you the tips but USPS failed to deliver.

Too much simultaneous bad luck for one person, imo.

I think you gave appropriate negative iTrader for this, irrespective of whether or not he now sends the tips.

Sorry if I sound like a hardass but I think we're all seeing more than our share of bad stories on this forum lately.

I am very sorry to heard that my friend, welcome to the club. 21Gambler also did something very similar to me, I trade a Schon cue for a Kikel with him and I`m still waiting for my Kikel since January 23rd, 2013.

pm me, I have all the info on this guy, these guy`s need to be reported a.s.a.p., thanks for doing that.

Stay away from 21Gambler, don`t trust him either. They probably know each other or it`s a pure coincedence.......but (21Gambler) was also part of is post/tread. And the time they did this to you and me is at the same time, just before Christmas and New Year`s.

Just to be clear about this.. I see that this guy has a thread asking AZ'ers to help out his friend which most of you responded to very generously.. If he would have asked me to donate an extension for his firend I would have done it in a minute.. This guy sneaks thru the back door instead of walking right in thru the front door and asking for my help..THAT, is where the problem is as I see it.. I don't like being "Back-doored"

UPDATE...2-10 am. I just received this message from him this morning.

Well.....That sounds like......Fighting words. I would make sure that i inform all APA and BCA directors about him, then tell all the guys i know in surrounding pool rooms about this.
And lastly, i would find that guy, show him printed version of his reply and ask him to repeat that in to my face.

WOW! And how do you expose a crook then? He changes his user name and still provides same address for shipping goods to him. Then what? People that do not have personal info are going to get screwed by him again.
You know you remind me of some people driving in front of me at times. Especially when they are holding all traffic(10-15 cars) in the morning just because they feel like letting someone go in front of them, and the person that they are trying to let go has no clue about that because no one in a right mind would do anything like that during morning traffic. Trying to be nice to one person and holding 10-15 people behind you. Good to be nice on someone else's account i guess.

May be when he was begging for his team captain, when good honest people sent him many pool related items, including cues, case, tips, chalk etc...And he never proved that they were actually for his pool captain. In fact, he stopped posting once he received the items.

I think I'm missing something here. This guy said he sent it but can't prove he sent it so he is "offering" to send something he was suppose to send?

As far as public info, if things gets taken care of, I would assume OP would be happy to erase. If not, then mods can. If deal went right in the beginning, it never had to come to this. Yeah, I wouldn't want anyone posting my info after I don't respond for a day but I always have the # of people I deal with. 2 min phone calls takes care of that.
