I purchased the Tim Scruggs cue and case from you on ebay and you have not returned any of my emails since you received the money! you said the cue would be sent out 2 weeks ago! I sent the money to NYCUECOLLECTOR. my name is Danny Mastermaker and you have all of my information. contact me through message here or through my email you have both. i contacted paypal earlier today and you should have already been contacted by them. if this is not straightened out i will be calling the police and filing a report.

Well, had YOU gotten ALL the facts, then you would be fully aware of the fact that I have had no dealings with the man. But obviously, you have not even chosen to read not only this entire thread, but ALL the threads involving your good buddy and his dealings with other AZers here.

I can maybe understand a package or two going errant over the years, things happen, but no one ever got satisfactory resolution...but there are many times people have come here and complained, specifically naming your good buddy as the one they had dealings with. Coincidence...I think not.

And seeing all the multiple personas he has had, I will add you to my list of those AZers I will not do business with. No skin off my teeth, as I typically go straight to the source, or only deal with those I trust implicitly.

The fact that your good buddy continually chooses to violate forum policy and set up multiple accounts over the years screams....shall I repeat it...SCREAMS a willful disregard for not only the rules, but for the very members that have to suffer through yet another....'I Got Screwed By J Forney' thread.

Unless you are privy to his most intimate daily details, how can you possibly back such a dark horse. I believe in having faith in people, but blind faith is folly.

PS...I know someone almost exactly like you describe, with similar past accomplishments....he's a really nice guy too.............for a meth addict.

what ya pay for it??! He told me he sold it for $1900 I was dying to know who bought it but won't get it, sorry for the loss

I paid $2200 for the cue, the custom Tim Scruggs case, and four shafts. He told me that he had received the money and that cue would be sent out the next day. That was over 2 weeks ago, and he has not responded to any of my messages since.

Dispute it! Get your money back. Dont forget to leave negative feedback on ebay too!

Find out where he lives and go directly to the Sheriff of that County with your problem, his history, and long list of aliases. The Sheriff is waiting to hear from you...they love this kinda s**t.

Wow that's crazy jeff f lies!!!! I Said I'd give him 2400 and meet him to pick it up!! He didn't respond much wouldn't call me either! Then he said he sold it for $1900! If you paid him 2200 this sounds weird to me

Also ps! His eBay is flawless but it's 0.0% not 100% which I also found weird when I checked into him. If u have hundreds of flawless feedbacks how are you at 0.0% and not 100%????

Danny, you need to go to this thread (http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=240233) and follow the link(s) to report this internet fraud to the FBI. I am urging anyone who had a bad deal go down with Jeff Forney to contact the Internet Fraud Division of the FBI and report him...there is strength in numbers!!!
 
I would like to add that Jeff has also resided in PA and I believe WV. Be on the look out for any deals going through Classic Billiards in Huntington, WV. Apparently he and the owner (finecues4u) are buddies, and I can see him using that location as a clearinghouse for his dirty deals as his ability to scam here becomes more and more compromised.
