Unidentified cue.. HELP!!

This cue was purchased 15 years ago in Niagra Falls Canada by the previous owner. He had no idea what make it is, It is a birds eye maple butt butterfly spliced, There are no manufacturers marks or signatures anywhere. Any information on this cue would be greatly appreciated
