Pasted from my MySpace bulletins. This was from Hard Times Sacramento, Ca

So our first of the month tournament for March is done. As I walk in the room I look around on Saturday during the One Pocket portion of the event and see Billy Palmer walking around. Needless to say I was very surprised to see the big man looking well. Although he did not win the one pocket event this time, (Frank Nordman took first) he did play well enough to fininsh in the top ten.

Sunday rolls around and we get 48 players in our 9 ball event. Small turnout maybe due to the Bar Box event held in Reno. Roger Estelle took first by defeating Jeff Gregory (winner of hot seat match) 6-2 & 4-1 after going through the one loss side early. During the early stages of our tournament, Director Tom "Sactowntom" Suarez asked that I take over the directors chair because he is feeling sick? Little did I know that he suffered a very mild heart attack. I contacted Tom last night and he informed me that he will be released March 4th but will not be back to run any of our other tournaments for one week. We wish him a speedy recovery and are very thankful that our other tournament director Ken Schuman will be in place to run the rest of our tournaments.

Thank you and good luck to all,
HTB

Mild Heart Attack. had 1 stint inserted in a major aterey.
Went in Sunday around 530pm and got home Wed night.

I've got two more visits the cardio surgeon for more stint inserts.
Hopefully I will be fine in a couple of months.

No more smoking and I have to cut back on the sex to only twice a week.

Tom, I wish you well and that you're back in the "groove" soon! It's good to see you posting! Keep us informed....

Man, I don't think you are going to make it with that medicine. :D

Wish you the best. Now that I am in Bakersfield, and travel to Stockton/San Fran occasionally, I will have to take the rest of the day and head up to shoot some racks again. get well, buddy.

CUT BACK to twice a week?! At 60, you're a helluva man! Great to hear that you're recovery nicely. With the stents, you'll probably feel better than ever!

Jesus Tom, I just thought you had the flu or something. Well make the most of it, and invite two girls over in one night. That's the best way
