the checker board bluegrass that a fellow azer won a week or so ago is up for auction on ebay yet again.the azer that won it was pimped out of buying it by mr. marty,ebay handle"allin" and from the way he operates i don't think it refers to cards.i can't believe that someone would not sell somthing that was won fair and square.then try and resell it again and again.what will happen when some body else wins?no sale again.f that!:mad:

I emailed him, "So if I win this cue for $1525 will you then NOT sell it to me as the auction had finished?"

His response -

Well in addition to that, I responded and simply said, "Wow, didn't know that was offensive....... Care to explain?"

I get FOUR responses....

Dammit, Ross, are you pissing people off again?! ;) As punishment, I think you need to forfeit that Jensen to me....you bad boy, you!:rolleyes:

I am still trying to figure out why he is not being reported to eBay for not completeing the sales?! Once the winning bid is placed, it is a contract on BOTH sides, and he has refused to sell @ the winning price how many times now? That thing has so much bad karma wrapped around it now, that I would be afraid to own it, let alone shoot with it!!

Well, I bought a very nice pink ivory & purpleheart Mottey
from him & things went well. I talked to him on the phone
& maybe that helped. He's certainly a character.
 
Somebody please explain this to me because I'm confused. An AZer won a Bluegrass cue and someone else is selling it on e-bay? Was there a raffle and instead of delivering the que he is selling it? I'm not clear on exactly what is happening.
