Ohhhh so now the storyline is going to be that since Actionhound can't be sure & can't verify if a bank check has cleared then Jay must have gotten the bank check is lying about not getting paid.

Yep, Jay tore up the $300 cashiers check when he got it, just so he could badmouth ActionHound.... LOL

Over the years I've developed a distaste & hatred towards dishonest people. So when I read about how this Actionhound person cheated Jay Helfert, I instantly wanted to smack him... hence, I decided to give him a bad rep... but I ****ED UP -- I forgot to check the bad box, so instead he got a good rep from me. So now I hate & distaste myself even more than Actionhound. I'm sorry.

Maybe Actionhound has a really good, valid reason for not paying Jay.....like he just doesn't like paying his debts.

I'm not sure that crow will be on the menu here at AZB. The only issue to resolve at this point is whether the offender is a thief....or just a deadbeat who is seriously delinquent on his obligations.

I guess there is another issue....and that is whether Jay will continue to offer interest free loans with generous (???non-existent???) payment plans to the rest of us here on the forum. Could I get a C-note Jay?????

Another day gone by with no check. What amazes me is how cheaply some people value their reputation. Jeff from Pensacola values his at $300. I have heard about him from a few people via PM's. He has pulled similar moves in other locales. Then he moves on. I believe his last habitat was Birmingham.

It was easier here, since he is relatively anonymous. At this point if someone would like to put Jeff's last name on here, that's fine with me. You would be doing a favor to anyone who runs into him to beware. He lists his occupation as Surveyor and told me he was a Civil Engineer. That may be, but I would add LOWLIFE in front of it.

How could you even come to the conclusion that if Jay gets paid, everyone will have to eat crow? This, so far for 2008, gets the award for the statement of having the least basis on AZ.

The only reason, at this point, that Jeff-Actionhound would pay this debt is because he was shamed into doing so. Obviously, after 5 weeks, he had no intention to pay this debt.

Anyone, including JoeyA, Actionhound or anyone of their other friends, that wants to bet - I will mail a letter from Florida to California & then back again in 7 days or less. But if you want to bet with me, you have to post.

You don't need a psychology class. You need a class on realism. Jeff made up his mind long ago if he was going to own up to his debt or not. Like Jay stated, he has done this before. The only way he would ever pay is to be shamed. And that only has about 10% chance of working. You can try any psychology you want, it doesn't matter. Jay already tried to play nice guy & all that got is it shoved farther down Jay's throat. More empty promises.

Ever since Joey asked me to give him the line on how our local big time gambler Carl plays & I refused, I could say that water is wet & Joey would disagree. Sorry Joey, again why would I let some out of towner come in & have a good line on Carl. Besides the fact that I like the guy & know how he plays better than he does himself.
