Watchez, you are some piece of work. You mentioned a guy named Carl who went off for lots of cash and I asked about him. You said you wanted to keep him for yourself and I understand that. No big deal. I never mentioned a word to you again about "Carl". That was MONTHS before the Derby City Classic.

But then just before Derby City Classic began, I received an unsolicited PM from you telling me to get in touch with you and that you would point "Carl" out to me at the DCC. I believe you even left your cell phone number for me. This was months after I asked you about Carl. When I didn't reply I guess you must have felt rebuffed or something. I barely have a passing interest in people who gamble at pool. Nothing really serious like you seem to be involved. Playing pool is simply a hobby for me, nothing more. You seem desperate to get me involved in some subterfuge and you are hell bent in doing so. I don't know what motivates you but you have the wrong guy.

Your efforts to smear some dirt on my good name are not appreciated.

You have insinuated many negative things in this thread about me and I don't appreciate it.

I expect a sincere apology.

Please point out where I smeared your good name. All I said that your psychological post in reference to everyone eating crow was utterly ridiculious. Whatever your motive, whatever you think you can double reverse trick this Actionhound into paying - it won't happen because of some post you made.

i have been fading fast, too much work, believe it or not I actually do work-way too much lately I worked 11 hours today and it was a short one, had one 18 hour day last week, its not awalys like this but every couple years shit piles up with regularory rules, laws etc and we have to be in compliance so a ounce of pervention is a ton of cure, and that ounce is 1-3 months of nodays off work while your awake lifestyle, not that anyone gives a shit but i'm 41 ans am gonna retire soon and travel for a year and then have 2 kids, i need a family since I dont have one, however I have a great girl who isnt in it for the $$$, i'm wise to that shit and can see that a mile away, learned that in pool rooms years ago. you wouldnt believe the ussy I get just by letting the gold diggers think they are gonna be part of my world, then they realize they have no shot and I get 10's about once a months for free, Jay has seen one, he happened to be at my house that night, my girl likes that too so life is good,,,,and hell yeah i'm bragging bigger than shit about that because i wasthe fat kid in school who got none and when I did it was charity-fixed that problem, and am damn proud I did.

Its amazing what I have learned in poolroom negoiations(how to do it-not being a nit), that sharpened me up for the "real world" of business more than any college in the world could have, Sad thing is most guys dont take what they learned in pool and use the tactics else where....a waste of talent. When your a great match maker, handicapper, rail bird betting etc you learn so much that can tke anyone way past trading $$$'s for hours. And then people who do leave pool tend to get jobs trading $$$'s for hours, because their negoations didnt make them rich in pool, and they have such an edge in business that they just dont realize it and put it to use-selling out for under employment type of jobs. its a shame. it makes me so happy to see people do better in life, no mater what they do, i like positive people(something pool is missing IMO), and trust me $$$ dosent = happy. you can get a better girl because you know to move in pool you vcan do the saqme in pool. Fvck the "poor little me" mentality. Pool players sell themselfs outside the poolrooms for no reason, they are sharp cats that have lived on their wits for years, i'm not talking about B&C players, but people who have spent 10 years in big rooms with action, tournments, etc. League players afe hobbiests and good for them, but i'm talking about"players".

the above statments arent directed at anyone here, its just something I have been thinking of recently and this post is where I just spoke my mind, it has ZERO to do with JoeyA and Jay.

BTW: Jay tols me he wanted to play you at the Derby but he couldnt find the time he didnt sleep the last 3 days, hell he is like 80 years older than me and I dont know how he does it, he pointed you out to me towards the begginnig and said he wanted to play you. please dont judge me as I hvent read but a negliable amount of posts about this "probably never gonna happen for a long time match" Jay hasnt talked about it to me, he dosent put biz on the street unless its here, i didnt ask and honestly I hoe it happens and I dont care who wins, sure Jay is my friend, but Ihavea policy in pool: If I dont bet on it I dont care who wins its business(not acut up job) just a fininacial transaction based on a game, and when i'm not involved it is meanliss to me, i might sweat it but thats it, and this game i haveno interest in, so settle your differences and get in the box

And here you suggest that I am desperately searching for some golden information that you might provide. You suggest that I disagree with you at every turn. I don't even know you nor do I care to know you. Further more you suggest that you are going to protect Carl from me and that you like Carl and know how Carl plays better than Carl knows himself.

I'm not sure if I would like a guy like you "liking" me. If I were Carl, I would be really cautious about the friendship between you and he.

Why would you have to ask such a question? If your check is lost in the mail...yeah right...you write another check and FED EX it...or, you could wire it.

Another thing Actionhound it takes like 5 minutes to set up a pay pal account. You could pay Jay off in a few minutes. It's not hard. Otherwise if you don't have the money at least just have the balls to say you don't have it. Continuing to put if off is not going to do any good.

you will find out that im probably one of the very few honest pool players, i try to match up as fair as possible, because i love a TOUGH game.

Actionhound - post the tracking # of your latest 'attempt' to pay & we can all see where you stand.

JoeyA- you will have to find your apology elsewhere. You made it seem like you had inside info on 'all of us eating crow' & now you want to explain that was just your psychologic expertise to resolve this situation. More confusion if you ask me.

Actionhound is doing nothing but stalling as usual. The piece of $hit will continue to say he sent a check and wont send another. Actionhound knew how to protect himself from being burned IF he sent the check (there is no way he did). I know if I was sending $300 to someone I'd make damn sure I knew they got it, there is plenty of options to make sure that the postal service offers.

Actionhound, your rep SHOULD BE ruined. It has taken you more than a month to pay a debt to a man that helped you out. But instead of making sure he was taken care of you burnt him for being a nice guy.

And like eaglesfan said, it doesnt take long to set up a Paypal account. Doesnt take a genius either. Just shows us the scum you are by not paying up, which after your posts in this thread I think everyone knows you dont plan on paying anyways.

It is just not in your nature to pay up, unless you absolutely have to. It is far easier to make a lot of noise (see post #111) and wait for everything to die down. It has worked for you before I'm sure.

And eventually it may work for you again. Only this time the entire pool world will know about you. Regardless of all your posts to the contrary, I will be surprised if and when you pay me. By now, everyone knows that you're paying under duress. You can only hope to salvage a fragment of credibility by paying me now. If the payment comes with a sincere apology for your tardiness, that will earn you points as well.

One day, I hope that for your sake you see the light. Having no honor is a hard way to go through life. I'm sure it has cost you dearly already. And having no conscience is even harder. Being a sociopath (look it up) is a miserable existence. And can lead to severe consequences some day. Maybe you'll wake up one day and become a man. Good luck!
