As the title states, He is a real player. Was fortunate enough to play nearly three hours with him at the LV Cue Club Monday night. Great player. Great guy!!! He actually allowed me to win a game or two. Hoped some of the other guys posting on his thread would have shown up. They sure missed a good time playing as well as meeting Bora.

That's cool when guys get together and play. I feel that I play fairly strong but I end up losing to most of the AZers I meet up with. :cool:

I was going to match up with him tonight at Waldo's in Daytona...can't get out so we are getting together tomorrow night. I always enjoy shooting a little with Cliff....just not for the cash as I need to much weight.
 
Lol you guys are funny.

Lyn I enjoyed are games at cue club. Nobody needs to believe Lyn with his story about I let him win a few games. He plays real strong and glad I caught him before the shoulder surgery.

The lights were too bright. There was too much noise. The balls were dirty. I drank too much. My tip needed work. My shoulder hurt (well that's true). The table rolled off. The pockets were too tight. The cloth too fast. The room was too smoky.

How did I do with my list? Cliff, you can't hide your speed. You play the game really well. Look forward to playing you after the surgery. Doctor says two weeks minimum. Did I forget to mention you're also a gentleman? Next one (or two) is on me!!!!!

I've met that guy before....had his thumb out on I65 in Indiana. If we played when we got to the Derby, I doubt I won any games :eek: He must be softening up some :p Good to hear I'm not the only one.

Hope to see ya again Cliff (Derby again, maybe). You really are a decent fellow, regardless of what most say about ya. :cool:

I enjoyed the games and look forward to playing next time I'm in Vegas.

No dcc for me this year. I do miss it and will try and go next year.

Tried that with Bora. He didn't go for it either. He saw right through my "old, blind and decrepit" routine :grin: :sorry: . We are a great bunch! Glad I joined all those years ago.
