Well here is a cue that I completely drew out the design for. So please dont blame Mike if you dont like it......LOL I think Mike does great work, as he did here following exactly what I asked for. Let me know what you think of this one. Thanks Mike

i'm not in lovre with the butt sleve but thats only 5" of 58" so i like 90% of the cue, you have some very cool ideas there steve. I couldnt design a cue that looks better than that. I think its cool you did that and Mike worked with you. You should do it more often, the reason I say that is I bet you'll keep getting better and better-Like tony(BB), either you have it or ya dont-you do, I dont. When I order a cue its a plane jane at best.
 
Is the ivory in the window of the first picture cracked?

It looks like a crack in both the first and second picture. I hope that's just some weird optical illusion or fuzz!!

I think its the pic. I couldnt see it on the cue

It looks like either a slight crack or a chip in the ivory below in the finish. Either way, there is definitely something up with that window.

thanks guys. I am going to look a lot closer when I get home later.....
 
So was it cracked?? - I love the cue except for the break in the wrap. Personal choice.

i like the way this one turned out, classic design with a bit of flair !

i saw the cue on several occasions in Mike's shop, and i didnt even notice the problem that has been pointed out. If it is a problem i am sure mike will make good on it.

it was a pleasure meeting you at Valley Forge, you were as expected A True Humble Man. just like i envisioned based on all of your great posts.

May we meet again someday, maybe then i could get to see your insane collection in person !!

I finally had a chance to look at the cue. It sure does have a crack in the ivory. It doesnt show up unless I look at a bit of an angle.....oh well back to Mikes it goes, for a little operation LOL
 
thats a minor operation,:)


i noticed it right off, but i .figured you knew about it and was goint to fix it
