I just spoke with Buddy Hall and he is just fine. There is a possibility that he will move to Oklahoma but that is not firm. The important thing is that he is feeling fine and does not intend to die anytime soon. And he is still willing to give me the 6-out and the breaks.

Jerry if you ever get to feeling froggy and take that 6 out, I know I would be taking way the worst of it, but I would probably be good for a teensy tiny sweat bet on the guy who was so unceremoniously pronounced dead early today.

I missed seeing Buddy at the US Open last year and I was wondering if you know if he's going to play in the Open this year? Last year was the first time I remember not seeing Buddy and i've been going to the Open for years. I was worried that something might have happened to him.

Good news! He's one of my top 5 favorite players. Hope to see him shooting for many more years.

It's great to hear that Buddy is doing good. Obviously the reports of his death were greatly exaggerated. It's a shame that such a rumor was started. Makes me wonder how something like that could get started.
