I do know Neil, he lives about 60 miles from me. He used to play on the UK Tour but has dropped off this year. I have recently seen this thread and I have to say, its not like Neil. I don't know whats going on but I will attempt to get to the bottom of it. I will ring him tonight and report back.

to anyone who has any comments/thoughts/opinions on me i have 2 things to say to them
1/you don't know me,you don't know my situation so don't try to second guess my reasons/me as a person....i'm not a conman.....don't speak of me as one....i am though pretty angry though at myself and others on here for being very quick to jump to conclusions.i stand by what i said to all 3 buyers.
2/this is the last time i sell on any forums,its full of dickheads who are too opinionated because its easy to be without being in front of someone to back it up.i'll stick to ebay( where i have 100% positive feedback )

note to the diamond-cheers for saying its not like me.....nice to know you can count on friends once in a while.hope the z-shaft plays well pal

Why be so careless with your shipping? No tracking numbers offered, excessive time to ship (I know....you're in the UK). No excuse for giving the run around to so many.

If you don't hone your sales skill, you won't be able to sell anywhere!

I still don't have the refund, but will update the thread should the funds arrive in my account.

Why do you play the victim? Everyone you've ever sold to on AZ has suffered extreme delays, damaged shipments, or non-shipments. Despite all those issues, you never provided tracking numbers or receipts. You don't learn from your mistakes.

You also make promises you can't keep. You said you'd issue a refund on January 16th. You disappeared until January 19th at which point you changed the date to January 27th. That day came and went without any contact until today (which included yet another excuse as to why you didn't issue the refund as promised earlier).

That doesn't even account for the other excuses and lies you told me outside of this thread in PM and e-mail.

This was not a one time incident. It's your pattern, 100% of the time. I am leaving a negative iTrader momentarily, linked to this thread, so future buyers can see your pattern and make an informed decision.

For the record, I never said you were a scammer or a conman. But what is the point of all these failed transactions? Even if you give refunds in the end, it's just such a huge waste of time for you and everyone else involved.
 
Sometimes I hate using paypal, because they never credit you back the full amount if the seller doesn't have the funds in his account. As for a credit card transaction, the credit card company would credit your money back and make the seller take it up with their own bank.

As for your delimma, I am very sorry to hear it. Always stings when a deal go sour or some like to say south. A cue being in a cargo ship without climate control for 3-6 weeks would do unimaginable damage to the nature elements of the cue. As some of you have already mentioned this I see. Hope everything works out, and keep us updated. Hate to see a fellow member get stood up for his money.

I had paid using my credit card via paypal so had a refund not been forthcoming I would have called and issued a chargeback.

I recommend wade and smoknum open a case with Paypal. If they wait much longer, they will lose the option to do so. There is a time limit.

I have my doubts that anything will arrive. ob1-mackie already had one person receive a damaged item. Then another who didn't receive anything, but ob1-mackie claims it came back to him damaged.

Life's events throw curve balls to all of us all of the time.

If you took money from a customer, he gave it to you for a product. If the item can not be deilivered as originally promised, then refund the money instantly. A customer's money should never be spent until after the item has been received and all is OK.

There is no need to make your customer a part of any personal problem, etc. Business and personal matters should never be intertwined. No good will come from it.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. My Paypal shows that a refund is "Pending". This means that Paypal will try to electronically withdraw the amount from your bank account, which typically takes 3-5 business days, and then pass it on to me. I'll update the thread when I actually see the funds.

As for the rest of your message, I'm sure everyone wants it to be done with.

Did the computer access you were using bar your access to AzBilliards too? You made a promise to Shinobi (and publicly to all of the AzBilliards membership) that the refund would be given on the 27th. Why didn't you make a post in this thread on the 27th notifying him of another refund delay, or at least send him a private message? Is keeping your word really that meaningless to you?

While it may be right that we don't know everything about you, a person can only know as much about another person as they have been exposed to. And so far all you have shown, and all that we have to know you by, is that you are grossly irresponsible, a liar, have horrible customer service, and keeping your word is absolutely meaningless to you. And when there is a pattern where you show those types of things repeatedly, as you have, well then maybe we really do know you after all.

People didn't over react here--they are more than entitled to be feeling the way they do because of your irresponsible errors and lack of integrity. I'm also pretty certain that most would give you the exact same opinion in front of you.

If you aren't going to change your business practices you should do them a favor and stop selling there too.

After all of the uproar and publicity surrounding this situation, as well as all the inconvenience that was caused to your buyers, whatever doubt was left about the type of person you were was completely removed in my mind the moment you did not make any attempt to contact Shinobi on the 27th when the refund was going to be delayed yet again.
 
Has this matter been resolved now? Shinobi...do you have your cash back? Neil hasn't answered the phone to date so I can't report on what has actually gone down.
 
Looks like Shinobi's been the victim of a cock up... (US version) I hope he got some cue glide with that...:D

Not yet, still shows status "Pending". It takes a few days for funds to electronically transfer, though. I'll update the thread if/when it comes in :)

wade, Smoknum, have you received any item or refunds? If you haven't opened a case with Paypal yet I highly advise you to do so. Time is running out (or may have already)
