I mean that the original post in this thread was made by 1glibby1 from Maine.
The next post was made by 1xlibby1... also from Maine.
And the second post simply says 'dammit', posted 2 mins. after the original.
I just want to correct the statement below...

what really make me pissed off that right now Les is still trying to sell another cuemaker work....d cue kid (Please corecct if i'm wrong)..and he still defense his self by trying to tell us that the real problem is with Bebot and how dissapointed he felt with what bebot treat him..
and many member is dissapointed with bebot. i have a believe, that bebot is not the guilty party here. But, we still do not know the fact since Bebot/Mervin don't post much in this forum to explain the condition.
And our pinoy member here is seem don't want to involved with this problem. Maybe our pinoy member here don't know exactly the situation but i guess it's all because they know both party (Les and Bebot) and they don't want to take a risk for a problem they don't involved...
So, is there any chance we can get the truth about what is really happen...

The General (aka Les Lacson, TG) has accepted orders for a Bebot Bautista cue. TG and the clients designed and spec the said cues with a delivery date. According to Bebot Bautista, TG didn't order the said cues and never received any money as posted by his son Mervin.
All other things are just smokescreen(blah... blah... blah...).

I believe it too.. i know Mervin/bebot already make a thread in this site and try to open everything about the problem. But, after mervin make a thread. Les also make a thread to defense his position. And us as member here became confuse what is really going on.
I also believe many pinoy member here know what is really going on, because it's more easier to find out for you and your friend than us.
Please read no 15 post in this thread..the OP already warn us as a member to beware not only to Les Lacson but also with Bebot.. so, the worst part of this problem is bebot also get a negative impact. I agree if bebot have to responsible a little bit about this isue. But, for every member here don't trust him anymore is unfair to me. Because he is a victim too.
Why i trying to push most pinoy member here..my intention is for us (a member here) to have a third party opinion. Because one pinoy member here (that know exactly what is going on, because he is a good friend with both party) Pm me about the situation.. he said to me that Les Lacson is not order the cue to bebot...take the money and not responsible. I push him to make a post in public..he refuse:frown:

I am trying to follow the recent coorespondence but you all are forgetting one thing........I have already seen pics of the cues I designed in mid constuction. I am sure some money was transferred in order for the cues to be designed and partially completed.
I am not blaming Bebot.....I do not have an agreement with Bebot. But the agreement I have was that Bebot was the builder and that puts Bebot and his cues in the mix. He may have issue with Les but I purchased a cue made by Bebot and Contracted by someone representing Bebots work.
Somewhere out there my cues exist. Bebot made them but may not have been paid for them. I do not know but regardless, all should know of the poor business practices surrounding these cues.

Hi Greg - sorry to hear that you were also a victim of this scam - as was I, and at least 8 or 9 other members on here - and probably a lot more people elsewhere. I purchased a cue in February and was guaranteed that it would arrive by May. Of course that never happened. I was then told I could have half of my money refunded or have the cue made by a different cue maker. I chose to go with the other cue maker and was guaranteed that the cue would arrive by August - but stupid me - should have known that was also a lie.
Since Les was empowered to act on Bebot's behalf as the official person of contact for all overseas orders Bebot should make everyone whole.
I am sure Bebot is a fine person but he dose not seem to understand that Les stole money from him not the customers, business owners are held responsible for the actions of their employees.
I've seen lately that Mervin has had a number of Brand New Bebot cues for sale here on AZ Billiards, as far as I am concerned that is a slap in the face to every AZ member who has gotten ripped off.
IMHO Bebot/Mervin should not be allowed to advertise or sell cues on AZ Billiards until all other AZ members are made whole.
I was very lucky to get the "Pink Ivory" cue in place of my original custom cue order and I was able to sell it for $850 which was an $80 loss from what I sent Les, I got off easy. LESSON LEARNED

See....this is a big negative impact to Bebot....all has he did is trust the wrong man as his bussiness represantative.. Actually, he ddidn't offer the job to Les at the first place....Les the one who volunteer himself as bebot representative..(That is what i know..please cmiiw)...
Do you think is fair to Bebot...all this situation ? ...Yes.. i think he deserves some lesson..but NOT TO TRUST HIM anymore...That he must responsible to every person that Les screwed...Let's say that gonna cost him 12 man @ 600$...that is 7200$. I think the punishment is not fair to him.
But, if Bebot and Les join together and make some drama to fool us and rob us...then he deserves its all..
The sad part is. We actually don't know how exactly the situation are except from both party word...we need a third party involved...who can be a good judge here.....a good filipino member here that we can trust his word. Then i believe this problem is very easy to solve...
with all due respect mr. jim murphy, we had already tried to reach out those guys that les has screwed up, we are no perfect guy here, but we are doin are best to come up with the solutions with those guys the soonest time possible, as we have stated in our post, we never wished to hide nor run with the responsibility that we are in into this matter,.all what we are asking with them is just simply give us more time to prepare and definitely we will start making our progress with our promise, actually we had already started to make some progress with some of them,. and if there is a for sale cue it is because, we need to raise some more fund to buy the needed materials that need to be used in our cues and for all those guys that les has ripped off,. Les took all your money and we got nothing, and the sad part is, it is my dad's name/reputation is also at stake here,. we cant do anything as we are not wealthy enough to give refund with those guys, so what we do is simply make an effort atlst to talked with those people involved and if you think banning us here to advertise/sell our cues is fair enough with you,. i will respect whatever the site owner/moderator will decide on this matter,..

This is a simple matter of accountability. The customers need to be made whole at any cost. They put the money out there and received nothing but a sad story. I am sorry, but, a deadline is a deadline and money is money. Any rational person would understand circumstances beyond one's control, this happens once in a while. At the same time, how are these members being taken care of now?? How would bebot feel if he had cues ready to ship with no money comeing in?

Yes - it would be nice to hear SOMETHING considering it's been so long. At least give us some kind of idea of what we can expect and when. It is going on 7 months now for me - and even longer for some of the others. :angry:

PS - it's so nice to see that "the general" is enjoying himself. check out the pics of his motorcyle on his facebook page. he probably bought it using the money he stole from all the people on here. at the same time, he claims not to have the money to refund us. funny.
