C. J. Wiley - A Touch of Inside

Oh, I'm definitely a low life. What are you and why do you post here? If you think you're one of the "uppity ones", stick around and we'll see if you can be knocked down a peg or two. You know, like an absent CJ was in a blink of an eye.
Low life, A**hole, know-it-all, BANGER,oh,.... and DEPLORABLE. I been called them all ! I come here b/c this place has all the archtypes of pool in the real world. Kinda like a cyber poolroom.
Oh,.... and Hu's stories of course! 😁

I think there should be a new set of rules with the theme..."Anything Goes"! The Mods won't need to scour every post for rules breaking since there won't be any. :devilish:👹

For the umpteenth time: the cue must be angled away from the direction of squirt (except rare cases where swerve=squirt).
care to explain that maybe with a drawing?
Do we really need a drawing to understand that the cue is angled to compensate for squirt?

What that means here is that when hitting off center the cue is very rarely "parallel" with anything - and since TOI explicitly uses squirt to make shots, it simply can't be true that "TOI is done with parallel stroke".

hmm the angle is from the parallel stroke/cue pushing the cue ball to one side hence the squirt /deflection. the cue would be parallel to what would be the CB target line.

In most everyone understanding or explanation of the stroke you are talking about BHE where you use the natural pivot point of the cue to offset the squirt/deflection and since you would cancel out the squirt that way you would miss.

PJ you might want to watch these

You do know that Alciatore and PJ are Blood Brothers, don't you?

Blood brother can refer to two or more men not related by birth who have sworn loyalty to each other. This is in modern times usually done in a ceremony, known as a blood oath, where each person makes a small cut, usually on a finger, hand or the forearm, and then the two cuts are pressed together and bound, the idea being that each person's blood now flows in the other participant's veins.

Are you trying to say the "CB target line" is where the CB would go if it traveled parallel with the cue? The CB moves along the squirt line at an angle to the cue - by calling anything else the "CB target line", or calling the cue's position "parallel", you're just confusing things.

By that definition, the cue is always "parallel" - with itself - and the term is meaningless.

So now you're obsessed with both of us. Have you sought counseling for this growing condition?
No obsession, that's for damn sure! Well aware of the both of you from forum interaction and outside of it. Have you sought counseling for your omniscient POV syndrome? You need a shrink but that wouldn't work because you know more than anyone about everything.

Or whatever it may be classified as. Pride...I'm sure.

Lol pj you are not worth the argument. Mainly because that is all you want to is argue not matter what is said you take some obscure stance then try to defend it. I would wager everyone in the pool world understands parallel English but you apparently so be it. Go live in you little world where you are all knowing and we are all idiots

So when I play english I'm not supposed to move the whole cue on the line of of aim? No wonder I'm only about 650 Fargo I will start pivoting so I can finally get to 700
