Schiff and Frost are in the second game of their semi final match. Scott lost the first game on the second shot. Second game Frost leads 7-2. Ten ball started this morning with almost a full field. $12000 American Dollars at stake. More to come. Hope you guys enjoyed my announcing yesterday.
 
those brackets are screwed up big time rapha is playing june now and they are like 20 spots away from each other on that bracket
 
The One Pokcket tournament was not Seminole. The brackets posted are 10 ball.

The original post was about one pocket because the Seminole interrupted the finals of the one pocket. There was a conflict between Scott and Alex playing in the Seminole while scheduled to play the finals in the one pocket. Some fans watching the stream were lucky enough to see some great ten ball while waiting for the finals. The Rocket and Earl went head to head in the second round and then hill, hill. Rodney scratched on the seven leaving Earl two balls for the out. How did you like the broadcast, twelve squared?

alex was playing a hill~hill match in the 10ball tourney which was slightly overlapping the 1p final matches. But it all worked out and alex and scott played. Those guys are so incredibly accurate it's unreal. Scott has so much creativity in his shots and 'seeing' shots that most people on the planet don't see. But alex's pinpoint precision flat out overpowered scott. Alex dominated the finals and won 3-0.

Great tournament, great turnout, GREAT coverage and commentary by Lenny, and great job making this all happen was California Billiards,

Alex was showing some pretty sick moves in his own right. The very first shot that he shot in the match was by no means a standard of 1-pocket shot, at the time I thought it might be the greatest shot in 1-pocket I have ever seen. Plus the safe Alex played that led to Scott's last actual non-break shot at 1-0 was a dead lockdown despite it being seemingly easy, he could not shoot to the same spot as Scott was before because Scott kept kicking to that 7-ball on the proper side and getting safe, Scott had absolutely nothing to shoot at and from there Alex never missed and ran the set out, including the 11 balls he needed in that game due to being at -3 when he played that safe.

The thing that impressed me the most about Scott's game was not his moves, it was his control on his kicks. The guys ability to kick and hit certain sides of balls to get safe are off the charts. His accuracy on kicks and speed control on them is absolutely nuts, I don't think Alex is close to him in that aspect of the game.

I agree. Scott's ability to slow roll kick the length of the table is amazing. And he did the drag draw shot to move a ball from Alex's pocket was sweet. He did it several times perfectly. I think if Alex's safeties weren't absolutely perfect it would have been a different outcome. Fortunately, for Alex, he has that gear. :grin:

It was an awesome match to watch for sure.
