Unusual looking cue. Is this a quiz and you know who made it or are you trying to figure out what it is?

I am curious myself.

No markings anywhere? Under bumper?

The butt of the cue has been refinished that's all. The original name was removed. No other changes were made. This cue was made in the early
70s. I'm just wondering if anyone knows this cue
