Can China be Stopped?

With a billion people they should have some good pool players but a few players from the British Isles and a beautiful blonde from Austria might have something to say about who wins the title.
 
Right now the top women have no problen pocketing balls. None what so ever. They also have position down. They all no how to stay in line. They are only missing a little more work on their defense before a dozen or more have big break-throughs on the open trail. Johnnyt
 
China will soon dominate in everything. Not just pool. 110 meter Hurdles-Chinese Olympic gold medalist, totally unheard of 20 years ago.

DP.News, do you know if there is any way to view this event on a video stream?

I poked around but could not find any streams setup for this, but maybe I just missed it. Hopefully, even if it's not streamed, it will get posted to Youtube.

At the moment there are just 2 *non-chinese* women who can compete with the chinese-pool-army.
Allison can still do it. And in my opinion Jasmin Ouschan is able to compete with everyone in the next decades. Jasmin is already a great player-and i m sure she s still hungry and will win a lot of top events against everybody in the world.

But the chinese will come from everywhere, that s sure :p

You're kidding right?

Yu Ram Cha won a big event here this year. Allison and Kelly just took the 1 and 2 spots against a full field of Chinese players last week.

Last year Ga Young and Jasmin contested the World 10 Ball finals.

The Chinese have a lot of great players but it's way to early to throw in the towel.

I will bet $5000 of my own money on Kelly if Kelly Fisher plays any Chinese female player in a TAR style race to 100. Anyone gets it set up I will be ready to bet it.
 
China players and Chinese/Taiwan players r from different background pool field.......

5G, I think Ga young will play, lol
 
i have been in beijing for more than 3 weeks now. after seeing what is going on here and the shear number of people (this city 14 milllion plus) and what the country is promoting and all the growth, NO, china can't be stopped now!
