Congrats Lyn, on another great showing trying to win again at SBE.

It went Hill-Hill in the semi finals of the Super Senior Division.

You obviously still have a big game, Sir.:thumbup::thumbup:

best,

Really amazing to consistently make it through these gigantic fields with such a short race format where a single mistake will make the difference. Solid, indeed!

That sneaky bastard is sandbaging! He ain't that old. Didn't he take 4th at the Turning Stone a few years back? I believe Morra knocked him out 9-7.

The AzB database doesn't show any finish that high at TS, but it does show a 9th (2005) and a 13th (2007).

But good going at SBE, Lyn!

Geezer

You Old Geezer! Nice shooting, and pleasure seeing you again. Mel says congrats!

Hi Guys,

Thank you all for such nice comments. Truly are appreciated. This year was an unusual one. Kind of backed into my 3/4 finish. To be honest, I choked my way out of a chance to get to the finals. Missed a simple shot to get to hill-hill with Don Steele in the third set. Really didn't play my best all week. Lost my Senior match virtually the same way. Lucky to finish 17/32 and cash. AZ's Sean Leinen was a witness to the Senior fiasco.

Speaking of Don Steele, as he is a really, really old guy  compared to me, he can sure play. Hope I play as well at his age . He and me have been going at it for thirty years!

Congrats, just the same, even though you didn't play your best.

Nice thread, Kicken Chicken:)

gold crown erie

Lyn hope to see both you and Don at the tournament. Will you be here for the Strickland v Hatch match on Thursday?

Congratulations to Cardiac Kid!

Is there a link to the results of Lyn's matches available?

It's always great to hear about AZBers doing well.

Joey,

The results would read: Open - Lyn loses. Does something stupid :( . Seniors - Lyn loses, Does something stupid :( . Super Seniors - Lyn loses. Does something stupid :( . Wednesday Warm-up - Lyn doesn't do something stupid and wins his bracket   . After a saver, grossed $1300 for the week. Not good, not bad.

Not sure if SBE had the boards and results on-line. They did last year.

Lyn
