Trudeau baby, you scammed me!

Mike of Appomattox, VA (10/10/06)
I am still being billed for monthly newsletters after calling more than a year ago to cancel. I have been billed twice in the amount of $72.00 each time for something that I have not ordered or want to pay for.

I cannot get through to a phone number now to find out why.

Gaymond of Bronx NY (10/07/06)
I ordered Mr. Truedeau's book More Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About almost two months ago and have not received it to date. I can't recall the telephone number given on the informercial and have not way of reaching him. I checked his website but did not see any telephone number. I was prompted to write this based on the numerous complaints people have written from the US and other countries. I believe in natural cures but I am beginning to believe that Mr. Trudeau is doing a disservice to those who believe in proponents of natural cures.

I lost the equivelent of the shipping and handling which I think was about $18.00

James of Dothan, AL (10/06/06)
In late August, 2006, I received my visa bill with a charge of $71.40 from NATURALCURES.COM, INC. On 9/5/2006 my wife and I sat down and figured out that on August 14, 2005 we had ordered two books from Kevin Trudeau that were charged to the visa card. Now on 7/24/06 they bill me for a subcription for $71.40.

I called on 9-05-06 and was told the charge would be off my card in 7-10 days. We were out of country until 9-30-06 and when we get home we had a bill with a late charge of $15. I called on 10-2-06 and left a message to cancel my subcription and for them to call me. On 10-03 my wife did the same plus called the credit card company.

Audrey of St. Petersburg, FL (10/06/06)
I watched one of his infomercial and ordered 2 "free" books and 1 other book for $15.00. I was charged $32.00 on my credit card.

That order was 6 weeks ago and I never received the books.

Joyce of Lewes DE (08/25/06)
i have been a subscriber of kevin trudeau's newsletters for some time now, i was keeping a folder of my monthly letters i have been receiving, because they were 3 months late, i tried calling the phone # on the newsletter, the operator says that the number that i dialed cannot be completed as dialed, so i haven't been able to get through, i am paying for letters that i am not receiving, i want my money back if he is no longer in operation. i believed in this man, i really thought someone was fighting for us and protecting us from the government in regards to our health, boy was i wrong!

30, 2006. Not realizing that when they take the order you MUST sit and listen to a host of other offers that you don't want before they will finalize your order. By the time they get to the end of the offers my blood was boiling but managed to maintain composure while still giving an infatic NO to each offer.

The book came and inside the envelope was a free CD. There is no information on the CD nor in the book that cures anything as he is representing on his infomercial. When my credit card statement came there was the charge of $24.95 for the book and a seperate charge of $71.40 for another transaction. To date I still don't know for what they are charging me.

This has been such a hassle for me to try to clear up but rest assured I will not let up until it is.

Brittny of Mableton ,GA (08/08/06)
I bought Kevin Tradeau's book about a year ago, and he is still charging my acount a year later.

I'm a college student and my account has been depleated several times because this guy is taking my money!

Can you see the common theme here? Charging people for something they are not getting, then making it impossible to cancel. And THIS is the guy you put your faith in?

Russ

Unfortunately, some people will always prefer the soft warm teet of delusion to the harsh reality of facts.

Russ, go to link www.ripoffreport.com and do a search on Kevin Trudeau, Natural Cures or Nouveau Tech and you will find hundreds of similiar claims.

Some are very sad, from seriously ill people really hoping for miracle cures, only to get caught up in what appears to be nothing more than a credit card scam. Sickening!

Jim

Soooo, buy his book and "pay shipping only" = $18.00. (Media mail is the cheapest in the world)

Automatic Annual subscription to his website = $71.40!!!!!!!

Auomatic Monthly subscription for his Newsletter = $9.95/mo.

Want to cancel? NO ANSWER! PHONE NUMBER NOT WORKING! NO CONTACT INFO on his website!

I thought this was ancient history. This is CURRENT! Happening RIGHT NOW!

Boy, I can't wait to go sign up for IPT Membership, cause I'm 100% Confident that he has changed and he won't screw us in the Pool world....

after all, he said we could cancel... he said checks were mailed, blame FedEx...he said he has the secrets to healthy living.... he said the IPT will pay referral fees....

Russ,

You don't expect me to believe that he took money from these people like this, do you. It must be a clerical error, or accounting procedures that we simply don't understand. He certainly doesn't need to steal $72 from anyone. He's rich, rich, rich. Don't you know that? Look, he may have a lot of enemies in high places, like the pharmaceutical industry and the U.S. Government. They are all out to get him. These people are plants, paid by the government to defame him. That must be it. I'm sure of it.

KT would never do something like this to a poolplayer though. He likes us all too much. You don't really think he would take $1,500 to $2,000 for Qualifier entry fees and actually hold a tournament, and not pay all the players. It is such a small amount of money to him. After all he is worth billions and trillions of dollars, maybe even more than Bill Gates. He doesn't need our money. He's got lots of his own. I'm sure this is all just one big misunderstanding. After all, he said he would guarantee all the prize money out of his own pocket. If that's not good enough for you, what is?

Kevin Trudeau is the Patron Saint of poolplayers. If you don't believe me, just ask him. Or ask his chief disciple, Dumbo or whatever his name is.

In Jay's neck of the woods the old ladies would ride the punch, deck you with a combination, knock you out cold with the purse, empty your pockets and stroll on home whistling a tune:)

Don't laugh, it's happened. Last week a guy broke into a middle aged woman's home in an attempt to rob and molest her. She ran to her backyard, he followed and was gunned down, permanently. And this was not in a bad neighborhood. Many women here own guns and go to the range and learn how to shoot.

gotta love a woman like that

she had enough thought to take him out back before she shot him so as not to make a mess in the house? WOW!! hopfully the story gets good press and makes the lowlifes think twice.

Von Rhett...<<Want to cancel? NO ANSWER! PHONE NUMBER NOT WORKING! NO CONTACT INFO on his website!>>

Right but just a word to the wise. If something like this ever happens to anyone...just call the credit card company you posted for billing...or that is being billed without permission...and say the card was lost. THAT account will be CANCELED and there will be an emply pocket for the offender on its next attempt to screw you.

That is A LOT more effecient than trying to dispute the charges.

Jim

Jim, yes, it's much more efficient, and ILLEGAL the way you suggest.

Jay...<<Many women here own guns and go to the range and learn how to shoot.>>

I am VERY MUCH in favor of gun control. I remain in control of all of my guns.

Seriously though...the truth is that there are not too many guns...but too few. The murder RATE was lower...per capita, during Dodge City's heyday than in Washington DC today.

Huh? When did losing a credit card become illegal??? And if...by accident of course, you happen to knock your card off the kitchen counter into the garbage can, how exactly could anyone PROVE that you didn't lose it inadvertently?

Gimme a break on the illegal thing! (-:

Knew someone that lost his car the same exact way.

Jim

jimmyg...<<Knew someone that lost his car the same exact way. >>

No, that's apples to oranges. The person you know who lost his car because of seeing to it that a credit card was canceled MUST have actually owed the money on the card. This thread has to do with FALSE charges being posted to credit cards and making it impossible to have the charges cease.

HUGE difference my man. That's a SCRATCH!! (-:

Jim

Did u read the one about 2 weeks ago? This guy hired a hitman to do in his wife. He got into her house and tried to off her but she fought back and strangled him to death with her bare hands. I may have some minor details wrong but that was the gist of it.

Any time I have situations that many of you are in as listed above, I call my Credit Card company and have them issue me another credit card with a new number, they do it free of charge and you being billed STOPS. Simple, very effective.
