Years ago some golfing equipment dealer brought a gizmo to Kerry Zeiler's shop.
He called this gizmo roundness tester.
He said if a golf putter is truly round and has equal rigidity 360 degrees, the shaft will not spin when he bends it and locks it on two bearings.
We placed a Predator shaft on it since it's supposed to have a 360* sweet spot.
Guess what happened after it was bent and the ferrule end locked on two bearings with another bearing holding it down ?
It spun and found a sweet spot and stopped there.
He did the same thing to a synthetic golf shaft.
It too spun and rested on it's sweet spot.
360* sweet spot is a pipe dream .
