Captain Mike Sigel here. Earl who? Him, oh the 9-Ball player. He can't spell pool! Ask him if he wants to play a man's game - STRAIGHT POOL! How about a 1,000 point challenge match. I might spot him 100 for a little head start.
After we get done with that, he can play me some One Pocket - EVEN! And after he gets his ass kicked there, I'll bank him into oblivion playing full rack Bank Pool. That's it, we can play an All Around; 9-Ball, Straight Pool and Banks. See how he likes them apples.
Someone better warn these guys not to mess with the Captain. You saw what happened to that Schmidt guy last year. I might just come back and rob all these guys just like I used too. None of them can play like me. I was the best and always will be the best. You can take that to the bank.

Careful Jay, lots of players think 9-Ball is the only defining game out there, and that its the most difficult. Afterall, straight pool is just like practicing, way to easy to decide who the better player is...
Really surprised more people don't have respect for Sigel's skills here. He's probably forgot more about pool than most of these people know.

Jay, there's an inconsistency in your post, as you do the ventriliquist move for Sigel, lol. You say 3 games at first: straight w/ maybe a spot, one hole and then full rack banks. And then you say an all around with straight, 9 ball and full rack banks.

This is The Captain again! Jay is cleaning my cue right now. Earl can pick any three of the four games and we can play an All Around. 9-Ball, One Pocket and Banks. Or One Pocket, Straight Pool and 9-Ball. Or Bank Pool, Straight Pool and One Pocket. Or One Pocket, 9-Ball and ??? Let me see, what am I leaving out here?
Well you get the idea, none of these Johnny come latelys know anything about real pool. I've forgotten more than they'll ever know. That's why I'm The Captain! And they're all apprentices. Let me tell you something, if I start playing again, they will all be playing for second! Don't get me started.
I'll tell you a little story. I hadn't been playing for four or five years and I wandered into this poolroom in Florida. Some guy I don't even know jumps on me and wants to play some 9-Ball. I told him kid, you really don't want to mess with me. I've played a million kids like you, and they all ended up broke on the side of the road. So he wants to play anyway. ..................................... THREE HOURS LATER! ........................ And that was it, he was dead broke! I looked him in the eye and said, kid I warned you. Don't mess with The Captain!
Sounds like Mike doesn't like his chances playing Earl 10 ball.
