I'd report on the other matches but I can't see the scores. Big breaks really reverberate in this arena.
Mika breaking at 6:6
Shane is in line on the 2 but is a little straight in. Gets a little funny on the 3 and calls the ref to clean the cueball. That's a good move to gain extra time. Looks good from here - DeLuna fires in another 9 ball to go up 9:2 - Shane is on the 9 to go up 8:6.
CW is sitting at 7:4
It really is too bad that Efren - Bustamante - Johnny Archer and other stars aren't here. We have plenty but there is something missing.

Ralf just plays a brilliant safety to leave his oppent jacked up and kicking. The three is big to kick and scratch and that is exactly what happened - ball in hand for the Kaiser.
Le He Wen grabs another one - 4:9 against DeLuna. ONly one problem here - The Bull gets to break many more times.

Well just two but he has a shot - comes up wayyyy short on the four and has to thin it into the side and let the cueball go which results in no shape on the five - but no problem just banks it in - gets a little off-angle on the 6 and uses the clean the cueball move again to get extra time - is stretching over the table and has to force the postion from the 7 to the 8 but he gets there and makes the routine 9 to go up 9:7

SVB overdraws for position on teh nine and is frozen to the endrail with the nine in th middle of the table - he misses the pocket by a half diamond to leave an easy 9. SVB up 9:8

He just grazes the 8 and comes up with a shot on the 4 but it's not a hanger - he makes it look like one though - rolls a touch too far on the six but it's no problem for the US Open champion. In line and out and now on the hill at 10:8

He tries to get the referee to clean the cueball again and the referee says no. Shane is chuckling but he makes the 8 and 9 to win.

CW is up 10:7 and his opponent has an open table but a tricky path to the four ball. He makes it lok easy as he comes out of the corner narrowly avoiding the six and getting perfect shape. And then he blows the easy six ball by over cutting it while trying to hit it way harder than he needed to for shape on the 7.
