. That much I did remember. I tried to find the thread and couldn’t find it. So I mentioned it hoping you would see it. I’m old and forgetful sometimes.
Will be a pleasure to see you at derby. I’m very much looking forward to going this year.
I haven’t watched any of the 1P match yet. I did see a few matches of the Mcup.

Just read the thread, I’m glad it’s not a blowout. I figured it to be close, Justin is soooo solid for the cash, Tony is triple solid as we all know. Hopefully it goes hill/hill or close to it, that’s a win for the rail birds.
I’d imagine they play again sooner than later as well.

Pretty amazing play with some precision runouts -- certainly not your grandpa's 1pocket.
Both players had their share of fupas and at one point in the latter half last night Tony got weak. Justin sensed it and repeatedly left him long shots from the far rail. One thing that I find particularly impressive is Tony's skill at hitting his banks with precision. I don't mean about making them, I talking about threading the needle past other balls and hitting precise spots on the rail, often without english. He does this a lot on his two-railers. These are very pure hits. Of course when he has to spin one in he's got that in his bag too.
There were several games that could have gone the other way for both players but for a goof which resulted in a good run for the other guy. Justin is definitely not out of it. He could have pulled within one or two last night.

While the 5-0 hole is likely too much to overcome, it’s great to see Justin find himself and make a match of it.
I fully expect a rematch down the road.

It really looks like Tony just doesn't have the stamina for these matches. Really wish that he could get his health back on track. I know he's had his struggles.
He didn’t struggle much playing Roberto and Thorpe in similar races
He's looked the exact same for 15 some years when he played (and lost) to Gabe on their TAR match.
I know he's always sort of lumbered around the table, but lately he looks like he's actually in pain.
