Quite frankly, a lot of these posts (not all) are out of line and are based on presumptions not facts (I'm not saying I know all the facts and I don't really care to know). While I have not been a member of this forum as long as most, I still thought that this forum was better than this.
I understand what the core issues are and if the point is to share experiences, point of views, and attitudes towards members there are more constructive and professional ways to do so.
And people wonder why pool doesn't have a better image or get better support?? Call this a train wreck, car accident, whatever, this is mob mentality at its worst (really do we need 4+ threads with tens of thousands of views about this topic???).

Actions (or inaction) have consequences. None of these threads would exist if someone had handled his business in a more professional manner.
Customer service is the intangible that keeps a business afloat or sinks it. It should be paramount to any business owner to meet his obligations without unreasonable delay, and provide the customer with a positive experience. That way the satisfied customer will be a repeat customer and we'll have only positive testimonials. Then everything will be sunshine and bunny rabbits...
