Of all the great lines in that movie, for my money the best is still Keithers gravelly voice with "You got lucky you lucky *****"..... I've gotten more mileage out of that the last 20 years than any other line ever.....

Ummm,did you see him twirling it around and doing kung fu with the cue in the movie,i dont think that would be a good thing with a one of a kind Bushka if it were dropped,slammed,or smashed.cuejoey said:

I think I got the link from this forum, but there is a short
video on youtube about a guy doing that and hits himself
in the head. Actually the title says cue, but I'm not sure.

By the way, notice how Paul Newman just throws that cue
to Cruise? In a way that surprises him and he could have
easily missed catching it. You would never do that! Then
to top it off, the first thing he does is go downstairs and break
using the cue, and follows through to the cloth, and leaves the
cue down and bent!

in movies they use stunt doubles as with expensive items..i was wondering why when the camera zoomed in on the cue IN THE CASE that it could/should have been the real deal..just like in Pool Hall Junkies IF they would have zoomed in on the cue when Rod Steiger gave it to Mars and says he's playin with this..i loved all the pool movies and was just second guessing things not complaining about them..it's nice to notice new things everytime i watch them..Fast Lenny said:Ummm,did you see him twirling it around and doing kung fu with the cue in the movie,i dont think that would be a good thing with a one of a kind Bushka if it were dropped,slammed,or smashed.
