The purpose of this course is to start the first certification program of it's kind. I'm sure you'll all have more questions, but this just to let you know it's coming, and it's going to take place in Mesa, AZ. this September.

I hope it's multiple choice that way I can get more right. Can we get cliff notes to study from..lol

Glad to see something coming together in the right direction.

Is this one of those " Bring your own safty glasses type thing, 3pc suite is optional "

Thanks for the heads up.

At a retirement center with 10 Diamond 9ft tables, 6 are the Professionals with 3 piece slates, and the last 4 are the Diamond Professionals with one piece slates. This is going to be a hands on course leveling, replacing the K66 cushions with K55 cushions on 6 of the 3 piece slate tables, recovering the rails, recovering the slates learning the gluing method. It should turn out to be very productive for everyone involved, at least I'm hoping anyway...because I strongly believe we have to start somewhere...in an effort to try and get some kind of future control on our profession. This is not a Diamond training course, it just so happens that the tables are Diamonds. This is the same course I'd be giving if they were all Gold Crowns, with the exception of the one piece slates, and the Diamond leveling system. So, everything learned in this course, can be applied to Gold Crowns or just about any other tables on the market today.

PS. There's more to this than I've said so far, I'll give more information out as we get closer to the course.

Glen - I may give this a try because I have relatives and friends in that area. Might just work out for me so, I'll be waiting for more details!!

I think I am going to make it to this Glen, I have a freind who lives in New River and I can stay at their house. That should make the trip easily affordable for me driving my Mustang and it would be a great expierience to work with/for you.
